I was stopped for a DUI on September 5, 2015 at approximently 2:00am. My whole world was turned upside down because of that evening. I prayed hard on finding an attorney who could properly represent me. I took a chance and called Daniel Rosenburg on Labor Day. To my surprise, he was in the office! He... had me come in at 2:30pm, we talked, and I decided to go with his firm. They got the ball rolling right away! He explained his fee and payment options. I went home and got the money right away so we could continue on with the case. He consulted with the proper experts to enhance my case. He explained the charges I was facing and got a majority of my charges dropped! Even the arresting officer played a key role in reducing my charges. I lost my license for three months and my CDL was suspended for three months! The only thing that was required of me was to get an interlock device installed on my vehichle. I've had a rough couple of years. Through a possible foreclosure, to eventually a short sale, and then a divorce, I had dealt with about 6-7 attorneys over that time. When I was being sued, I turned to Dan based on the reviews I saw online. I couldn't have been happier. In May 2014, I was faced with 5 serious charges. I contacted several lawyers, and they all tried to sell me on what they could do. Half of them quoted me at twice the cost of Daniel. Having spoke with several lawyers on the phone before committing, I came across Dan. He gave me a free consultation,... and we went over all my charges and possible consequences for a half hour. I knew this kind of dedication deserved my business. As most of us are not familiar with the law, I had many questions. He answered them all in detail and did so in great time. When I hired him as my lawyer, he preferred to discuss the charges in person. He is a very personable lawyer, which is rare. Still, I had many questions; as I have anxiety. He did not overlook my emails or phone calls. He called back within 10 minutes if he was busy. He kept me posted on what to expect and did not sugar coat anything. We get to court, with a new prosecutor. Have mercy! He spoke with the prosecutor, then to me. This went back and forth about three times; favorably. He knocked out two charges, and the most serious charge (DUI) he got lowered to a tier one, with a 3 month loss of license. I have learned my lesson to say the least, but am grateful that I came across Dan Rosenberg. I made the right choice. He didn't press any ideas on me. He solely worked off his expertise and my feedback combined. It was team work, which I appreciate. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family. In fact, I saved his information in case I need a lawyer in other regards. I have dealt with lawyers in my earlier years and they just want the money and a one time appearance in court.
