• estate planning - drafting wills, trusts, living wills and health care proxies, powers of attorney, and deeds for real estate 

• residential real estate - representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate - review contracts and agreements of sale, HUD forms, mortgage documents and attend home inspections and closing for home buyers and sellers

• community association - representing homeonwer and condominium associations, counseling board of directors on issues of claims, dues and collections, and amending and interpreting bylaws

• business/commercial - representing small business owners in preparing corporate documents, counseling business owners in employment/HR matters, negotiating corporate/partnership buyouts
