Nathan J. Mammarella is a sharp, committed, and talented criminal defense attorney who works tirelessly to zealously represent the client’s of Daniel M. Rosenberg & Associates.
He joined the firm in August of 2016 and brings his passion for criminal litigation to the firm’s clients. Mr. Mammarella graduated from Rutgers University School of Law (formerly Rutgers School of Law-Camden) and took classes focusing on criminal procedure, trial advocacy, and criminal litigation. He has successfully argued on behalf of clients involved in serious drug offenses, violent assaults, and multiple types of theft and larceny. Mr. Mammarella was also a member of the Rutgers University School of Law’s prestigious journal of Law & Religion. His writing skills and legal acumen were recognized by his appointment as a Senior Editor of the journal of Law & Religion, which allowed for him to further hone his legal writing and research skills.
Outside of the office, Mr. Mammarella enjoys working as a baseball umpire and has officiated tournaments around the state, local games, and the New Jersey Little League Championship.
