I rarely leave Google reviews, and I never in my wildest dreams thought I would leave one for a lawyer. Yet here I am, astounded at the service that I received from two lawyers. I originally met with Robert Perry over a temporary restraining order that was served on me by my father. My father is i...n the early to mid stages of dementia; my 2 siblings and I went to check on him after being cut off from all communications. His ex-wife, not our mother, swooped in to help him when he started showing signs of confusion. My brother and I have been helping him for the last few months and have set up full time home care so he was safe. The ex- wife found this a great opportunity to grab his assets. To make a long story short, her behavior was so egregious that a bank attendant notified Adult Protective Services of her predatory behavior. After our welfare check, we were served a temporarily restrained order orchestrated by the ex-wife. Mr. Perry assured us this was the most ridiculous restraining order that he has seen in his career and not to worry. Nonetheless, he took a detailed history of the past ten years, left no stone unturned and prepared for what I thought would be a total BS case. Unfortunately, Mr. Perry was called away for a family emergency and wanted his partner, Mr. Rosenberg, to defend us rather than postpone the hearing. Mr. Perry, Mr. Rosenberg and I met on a Sunday for three hours to bring our new lawyer up to speed on all the minute details. By the way, we were not charged for these billable hours, nor for Mr. Rosenberg’s court time. Surprisingly, the court hearing lasted 6 hours because my fathers’ lawyer was a long-winded pompous lawyer. Because of our earlier prep work and Mr. Rosenberg’s calm cool demeanor, it was a no contest. We won hands down and the restraining order was dismissed. Sorry, expounded a little but I had to, so you know how unbelievable this law firm is. These lawyers are not typical in my experience. They are not lawyers; they are caring professionals that practice law. That is the highest compliment I can bestow upon them. They are a testament to their profession; our world would be a very different place if all lawyers tried to emulate them.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Rosenberg. I found myself unfairly facing some minor criminal charges (local ordinance violations) and had never needed to hire an attorney before.
