Exemplary

I consulted Richard regarding an employment opportunity for a newly formed position, within a local company. Post consultation, I hired him to guide me through the creation of the framework for the job. He was superb: first we sat down together and brainstormed about a contract, based upon a templa...te of fair expectations. I then wrote the document, which Richard edited, and presented it to my proposed employer. Afterward, Richard helped me through every development in the negotiation process. Richard’s intelligence on all matters proved invaluable. He was experienced, comprehensive and patient with the process, as I pursued a structure of employee - employer compromise. He made himself available at unreasonable hours to answer my questions and to settle my concerns. My contract was accepted with minor changes, and, because my current employment articulates the role within a clear and secure framework, I am extremely optimistic about the prospects of this company and my contributions to its future. I will be returning to Richard’s practice in the years ahead because I am not interested in working with anyone else. It is rare to find the characteristics he exhibited in any professional environment but I am pleased and honored to write a review for his practice. Thank you, Richard!
