Pleasant, effective and helpful

I contacted Richard after being fired for mental health reasons. I was appointed Stacy as a point of contact. Stacy is an amazing individual! She worked hard, took my concerns and questions seriously. She was empathic during my time working with them and worked with me during all my hardships!Richard... is an awesome guy, very welcoming and warm. Made me comfortable during our meetings. He had my best interest at heart. They took my case and handled it with care and in a timely manner ! From the receptionist to Richard himself every one was such a pleasure speaking and working with. I am very grateful for them all.

Superior representation from the scheduling of my consultation to settlement

I had the pleasure of working with Richard and his staff regarding an EEOC charge. Having been a paralegal in the past and being familiar with certain procedures and policies, Richard and his staff went above and beyond. Stacey, the assistant, was completely on point, answered any questions I had, ...sometimes after hours. Richard was not overly aggressive at mediation but keywords he used I felt spoke volumes. In the end, my case settled for more than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Richard and his firm.

Listened carefully and well, very helpful

I consulted with Mr. Swartz about law related to separating from my current employer, about Title IX concerns, and about FMLA eligibility and procedures to follow. His answers were succinct and on point. I feel much more certain about how to move forward, after his talk. I would have no hesitatio...n about hiring Mr. Swarz to help with any of the issues we discussed yesterday afternoon, should the need arise.

Excellent experience

Discriminated, fired and settled.

I was discriminated against. They fired me. Another law firm said no. This lawyer took my case and won. I would say go to him if you have a legal problem. Very good.
