David Zatuchni

Since graduating from the Northwestern University School of Law in 1995, David Zatuchni has concentrated his practice exclusively in the field of employment litigation. 
After law school, Zatuchni first practiced at one of the largest corporate law firms in the country, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in defending against employment lawsuits. 
In 2000, he switched to representing employees by founding the plaintiff’s employment law firm Zatuchni & Associates, LLC. The sole and continuing mission of Zatuchni & Associates is simple: to represent as aggressively and diligently as possible our client employees and workers who have been wronged and damaged by their employers. We seek economic recovery and other forms of redress for those who have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge or firing, and other illegal employment practices.
Zatuchni represents all levels of employees, from corporate officers and upper management to laborers and clerical workers. He has extensive jury trial experience, and practices in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
