Biography

Over many years, Kevin Leckerman has received training in the methods of forensic testing of blood and urine for the presence of drugs and alcohol, including headspace gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. During his career, Mr. Leckerman defended over a thousand DUI and DWI cases involving blood and breath testing devices. The DUI / DWI breath testing devices utilized included the Breathalyzer and Alcotest 7100 MK III-C. Attorney Leckerman received training from the manufacturer of the Alcotest 7110 MK III-C in its operation. This DWI breath testing machine is used exclusively throughout the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Leckerman is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and other DUI / DWI attorney groups that routinely meet throughout the country in order to discuss innovations in defending clients.
