Biography
A trusted advisor in the real estate and business law arenas for almost 20 years, Josh provides legal counsel in commercial real estate transactions and business ventures to entrepreneurs, companies, developers and investment firms throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Known best for his responsiveness, hands-on approach and ability to close transactions seamlessly, Josh has quickly risen to become one of the Delaware Valley's most sought out real estate and business law attorneys.
Josh founded JM LAW GROUP, LLC in 2009 with the mission to concentrate in business and commercial real estate transactions on behalf of entrepreneurs, business owners, medical/dental professioals and investors. Prior to that time, Josh was a partner at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia; and, even earlier in his career, Josh was a sole practitioner focusing in real estate law, business law and criminal defense.
One of Josh's best attributes is his ability to communicate in such as way as to help bring parties to the closing table. He possesses the finesse to navigate complex and heated issues with ease and maintains his poise and professionalism while negotiating to protect his clients. Josh's keen eye for the details of a transaction and ability to adapt to all personality types makes his skill set invaluable to his clients.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, Josh attended the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Since 2000, Josh has been an active board member of the Adam Taliaferro Foundation, which helps provide financial and educational resources to individuals who have sustained catastrophic spinal cord injuries.
