I have tried criminal cases in every county in New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.

David failed to request a no contact order when bargaining with the accused harasser when it was the only thing on his list to do from me. He failed to do basic due diligence. Replied last February 6, 2024I had this client's case dismissed against him completely. Unfortunately, as the judge and I explained to him, a no-contact order is not possible after a case is dismissed. A dismissal of his assault charge was certainly preferable to a conviction with a no-contact order.
