Jason Sean Garber

I primarily represent businesses and individuals in various types of disputes, including contract, commercial, construction, and employment/restrictive covenants matters. I also represent businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in personal injury and property damage cases. In my representation of clients in these cases, I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in these matters. I have tried cases in federal and state courts.

I have represented clients in a number of private and court-ordered mediations. Also, I have served as an alternative dispute resolution facilitator and officer in contract, commercial, and personal injury matters.

I review contracts and agreements to provide opinions. I have also drafted agreements on behalf of clients in a number of matters.

I have handled cases ranging from homicide through traffic tickets and tried numerous felony, misdemeanor, and summary offenses in jury and non-jury trials.
