Biography
I started my own practice with an eye to helping people with problems. I help people with some of the most heart-wrenching areas of their lives - debt and disability.
Bankruptcy and debtor law is one of the most direct ways that I can fix some of the most pervasive and complex issues that my clients face.
I represent parents of children with disabilities in providing for their children's future, both in setting up the financial vehicles to assure their wellbeing and setting up the legal guardianships that may be needed to ensure that these children are cared for even once they are at the age of legal majority. I offer these services to families of adults who become disabled and require such assistance.
I pride myself on giving each client personal service and attention. You're not just a case in my office.
