As a police officer for 20 years I have had contact with many attorneys.When I sat down and first met with Jef I told him of my concerns ,he listened then turned to me and said thats my job let me worry about that.It was the way he said it that right then and there I knew I was in good hands.He knows what he says and does what he says.This is the attorney you need.The other attorneys in his group that I was involved with also had this great attorney attitude .I will refer his group to anyone I know.

A restraining order is a very scary thing to recieve, especially when unexpected. It happened to me. I immediately found jef Hennenger online and hired him. He explained NJ law to me. I felt much better walking into court with a jef Hennenger attorney representing me. When I felt the judge was going to rule against me, my attorney argued some key points to the judge and Her Honor dismissed. The final order. It was a tremendous weight off my mind. I highly recommend Jef to anyone who needs assistance with obtaining firearms purchaser ID and/or handgun permit in NJ. I was getting a serious run around from the local PD and never even got a chance to hand in my application (They claimed i needed to make an appointment just to hand it in). They kept pushing me off. I have no criminal record or history of drug use yet my 2nd amendment rights were being denied. As soon as i hired Jef, the next day, the PD reached out to me and asked me to bring in my application. From there out, the process was smooth and pleasant. I received my initial firearms purchaser ID + 2 handgun permits within a couple of weeks after trying on my own for over 3 weeks with no progress. I spoke with six other attorneys before I found Jef. All six told me that my money was gone and that the guy who ripped me off would get off scott free. Not only did Jef go FAR above and beyond the call of duty for me, he maintained integrity and was honest with me every step of the way. I still can't believe how lucky I was to find Jef and to hire him for this case. For anyone reading this review to fully understand how much I appreciate this man and his firm, just imagine taking out a loan for almost ten grand only to find out that the item never ships. You're promised a full refund, but all you receive is lies. Next consider how you would feel after six different lawyers told you that your situation isn't worth their time, or anyone's time. Imagine going to the police and hearing them tell you that the district attorney won't prosecute because the amount of money isn't large enough. Envision yourself bringing your conclusive evidence of wrongdoing to the district attorney's office but being told that your case isn't big enough to prosecute criminally. How angry would you get each time you had to make a payment on that loan? I literally gnashed my teeth every month. Finally, imagine Jef getting justice for you and forcing the bastard to pay you or serve jail time. That's why I'm here, taking time to write this review. That's why Jef is an amazing attorney. It's why I can confidently say that he cares about justice.

Accidentally dischsrged fire ar at home. Did everything right. Called police, had all my paperwork. Police still took gun and permit. Called jef and they made sure i got gun and permit back. Thanks Jef!ef!

Jef and his team did a good job with my Gunn permit case they followed through and made sure my application was taken care of it was smooth process. I will hire Jeff again anytime his team Of lawyers know what they’re doing and do a good job in representation of your case. Detectives and chiefs get scared when they see you hired Jeff and his team. They’re very good in criminal law.

If you are ever in the unfortanate situation of having DYFS get involved in your life, I highly recommend Jef. He answered his phone on a Saturday night when I desperately needed someone. He immediately took action that Monday morning. His associate Mary Jane is exceptional. Both of them will deal with DYFS directly and answer all of your questions. They always return your calls promptly making you feel comforted. If you need a DYFS attorney look no further.

I was really worried when my now ex hired a lawyer with a reputation for being tough. Guy at work told me that Jef is really aggressive so I hired him. He mopped the floor with my ex's lawyer. Recent alimony reform in New Jersey was a small step in the right direction but more must be done. For many years I obliged and provided all support for the children including college, cars, etc. But changing times, personal struggles with health, an inflexible court system and a content ex-partner left little hope, not to mention a stupid decision on my part a long time ago with some seriously bad counsel. I felt though I had one more battle in me to find a way. You see, the problem is that where there is a movement afoot to get rid of 'alimony forever', many of these divorce attorneys are also battling against reform. They feed off one of the emotionally distressed partners while the other suffers (and hires another attorney). In searching for someone to stand with me, I encountered quite a few. Thankfully my research led me to Jef. Jef is assisting with getting more reform so he knows the issue, inside and out. He was the best hire I ever made, and I have hired hundreds of people including many attorneys. We discussed the issue, worked as a team, and 7 months later we had resolution. He was always available, communicated well and yes, even his fees were totally transparent and fair. If you are one of thousands who are suffering from these outdated and antiquated laws, even with this most recent reform, I would recommend calling Jef. At the very least, you can be assured you will be speaking to someone very knowledgeable and just as important, someone who will represent you and not be associated with groups who would like to see the laws stay exactly as they are. But, I believe you will get more than that. Hiring an attorney to help you navigate the current system is difficult but not impossible to find someone who really gets it. There is only one choice when the DCPP becomes involved in your life. Even if the worker, investigator or supervisor is morally sound it still does not make up for the fact that the rules they abide by are broken, they are overworked and there is no possible way they can make a judgment on your Life by filling out a few checklists and getting a couple of references. These people are also obligated by the state to put you into programs where they will receive money, . They are usually burned out and want to punish you for whatever reason they feel Is easiest. They are not educated and they do not have medical or legal degrees to make any kind of assumption on the health and well-being of your child. We need a system in the country to protect our children but CPS a.k.a. the DCPP are not the right choice. They are not governed by anyone but themselves, they do not have random audits done on them, and they have completely legal immunity to do lots of very nasty things to destroy families when they are supposed to be helping them. Jef and his team were very informational, calm and collected, and kept me from worrying throughout the whole case. His demeanor reputation and connections are something that you will desperately want on your side when the DCPP becomes a part of your life. my recommendation would be to retain Jef and also educate yourself on the laws of the state and what the DCP P handbook states. The DCP P advocacy department are not lawyers and do not even know their own state and country laws. Do not wait on retaining a lawyer and do not comply with them unless your lawyer tells you too. Do not think because you are educated, have a nice home , are a good parent, and have great references that the DCPP will be good. They may go after you even harder because of it. GET JEF NOW
