Biography
Since childhood, I set my goals high and did not stop until I reached them. As a first-generation immigrant, I overcame many obstacles, including the language barrier and poverty, in order to succeed.
I worked full-time while putting myself through college and continued working part-time while in law school. Through the years, I had wonderful mentors, including employers, professors and even a federal judge, who gave me great advice and inspiration.
After law school, I worked at Budd Larner, PC, a large New Jersey law firm, where I learned the essential litigation skills. I was fortunate to be mentored by the industry leaders in family law, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
I am now proud to open the doors of Proskurchenko Law Group, LLC. We are a hollistic law firm, committed to evaluate and meet all of our clients' needs in various areas of the law. Our priority is to provide personal attention to each client in order to understand the goals and objectives behind each issue and then fight zealously to achieve them. Each matter is carefully handled by a highly qualified attorney and staff. Our goal always remains to achieve our clients' goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We are also proud to serve the community of New Jersey by providing various pro bono services, such as drafting wills for members of the armed forces, policemen and firemen as a part of the Wills for Heroes initiative. Further, we enjoy volunteering to help improve the lives of our neighbors by participating in such activities as planting trees in Newark with the New Jersey Tree Foundation.

Terrible law firm, stay away
After the day I hire them as paid 50% of fee I never heard another word from them. They never answer or return calls. Never answer emails. I went to office they are never there. My attorney said she was taking a leave and I never spoke to another attorney again. STAY AWAY

Very unprfoessional experience!
I heard wonderful things about this lawyer so I was excited to meet with her for my case. I also like the fact that they are a law firm of WOMEN. LOVE IT! So I scheduled an appointment. Her secretary called and rescheduled the first meeting. Fine. Then after finding a babysitter for our kids an...

Proskurchenko, had taken a large retainer from him and then not performed any legal work on his behalf. The only thing I did not do was drive to her office - which probably would have been useless.
