I went to see Mr.Cobos to help me with some personal matters. He sat down with me and went over every thing with me about the case. He let you know what,s the best decision for you at that time for your situation. Mr. Cobos was very clear on what he say and do. I would recommend him to everyone that need help where he can do so.

With a series of life changes, I realized my legal documents were woefully out of date. Franz did a great job of walking me through what we needed to update and getting the updates filed. Through no fault of his, one of his subcontractors dropped the ball on one filing, but documents controlled by Franz were well written and completed timely.

Mr. Cobos represented my case against DYFS for the return of my two children who were taken from me in May, 2011 after the death of my 20 month old while in the care of a babysitter. Although it took a year, Mr. Cobos presented his case in a gentle, yet professional manner, treated my witnesses with kid gloves, and we won the case. My children were returned to me June 1st. We now have more information to hopefully pursue a civil or criminal case. Not sure how that will play out but I do have my children back thanks to Mr. Cobos' expertise in this area. He reassured me that everything will work out and my kids would be home soon and that did happen.
Therefore, it is in my opinion, that I would highly recommend Mr. Cobos to future clients!
Raquel Vallejo, Divorce and separation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
It is without hesitation that I endorse Franz Cobos. We recently had a divorce matter together and while zealously advocating for his client he was courteous and professional to both my client and I making a contentious proceeding manageable ultimately resulting in a global resolution to the mutual satisfaction of our clients.
Stelio Papadopoulo, Family Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have litigated matters with Mr. Cobos as an adversary and can attest to the fact that he was always well prepared, extremely knowledgeable about the law and tenacious in fighting for his clients. An outstanding attorney.
