Biography
Our firm mantra is "providing our clients with a fresh start" - whether assisting them through the often-difficult process of divorce, handling the estate of a loved one, the confusing process of bankruptcy, the nerve-wracking but exciting process of purchasing a new home or business, or the formality-heavy process of changing one's name. Our firm's goal is to best prepare our clients for the next stage of their lives - a goal that we take extremely seriously.
This year, I was awarded the prestigious honor of "Super Lawyer," which is recognition given to the top attorneys in New Jersey based on peer nomination, independent research, and peer evaluation. Less than 5% of all attorneys gain this recognition and honor.
Moreover, my strong interaction with clients - taking the time to understand their needs and working toward proper resolution on their behalf, has resulted in my being named as one of "New Jersey's Best Lawyers For Families" by NJ Monthly magazine for seven consecutive years; this is an award which is based on client nominations. I have also been appointed by the court on numerous occasions to serve as the Administrator of disputed estates.
Despite the long hours at the office, however, I also have a life outside of the law. In addition to running my law firm, representing my clients, and spending time with my family, I am also an author, having written the legal thrillers "In His Ex-Wife's Defense," "In His Own Defense," and "Deadly Fantasy: A Baseball Story". All books are available on and for Kindle.
I currently serve on the Membership Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. I previously served as the co-Chairman of the NJ Chapter of the Franklin & Marshall College Alumni Association, as the Legal chair on my synagogue's Board of Directors, and continue to serve as the Commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball League.

Reuniting Father With Son
Obtained Order permitting visitation between my client and his son, both in Washington state and at his home in New Jersey.
Elimination of Child Support Arrearage
All arrearages incurred after child reached 18 eliminated; although child lived with mother after child turned 18, the mother forced child to pay majority of own expenses so child support was eliminated as of her reaching 18.
