Over the last 22 years, I have dedicated my efforts to aiding individuals in financial distress, first as a partner in a prominent bankruptcy firm, and since 2012 as the head of my own practice. The Board determined that even though I was on disability leave, as I was a named partner, I was still liable. The other partner of my former Firm also received the same reprimand. This ruling was appealed.”
