Allen Gorski was the best business decision I made in a time sensitive situation. I had in excess $600,000 at risk in a December 2022 Chapter 11 NJ Bankruptcy. Unknown to me at the time of making the jumbo loan the Debtor had a history of scams. Since the loan was made, this Debtor has been sued in over one dozen litigations, levied with multi-million judgments and filed one unrelated 2021 bankruptcy. The Debtor loved to litigate, sadly to the point of being delusion. Unfortunately, in our legal system, even for meritless claims, Debtors often have a biased advantage in our liberal court system, even with no genuine defenses to plead.
