It was difficult to choose a title for this review, as none would give him justice. I did not initially start with Atty. Rintoul regarding my disability retirement issues. The law practice I was working with experienced a sudden loss and unable to give my case the attention it deserved, I was referre...d to Atty. Rintoul. He had been the utmost expert in his field my prior atty. had consulted. I was a bit apprehensive prior to meeting with him and I was not comfortable with a change in representation. All my fears quickly disappeared. Atty. David Rintoul performed the most comprehensive review of my case and was able to glean critical information from my medical files critical to my claim for disability. His attention to detail is unmatched, he is so easy to communicate with, and I have complete confidence in him. During my professional career I interacted with numerous attorneys, and none of them matched the caliber of Atty. David Rintoul. I understand completely why my prior attorney referred to him as the expert in the field of labor and disability cases. Cutting to the chase, I would wholeheartedly and without any reservations recommend using David Rintoul for any short or long term disability matter.
