Bridget is an exceptional attorney who is different than other lawyers you may think of. I had a great experience with her closing my house. People hire lawyers because they are experts in areas where normal people do not have sufficient knowledge. However, a great lawyer is doing more than just usi...ng their knowledge to help the clients but also sincerely caring their clients. I would like to share with you something beyond her skills, experience and legal expertise. Lots of people may have experiences that they work with a lawyer but barely have any chance to discuss their cases with the lawyer themselves, other than talking with lawyer's assistants. Bridget is totally different. My case was unique and some kind of difficult. I called Bridget several times and, surprisingly, my calls never went to a voicemail. Bridget always picked up the phone to directly talk with me. We discussed the case, and she also gave me legal advice what to do. Her professionalism clamed me down when I was panic or concerned. Beyond that, she felt my concerns. She called me at least twice, even I didn't ask any question, because she sensed I might be panic. She explained to me what she was doing and let me know that she didn't want me to feel I was ignored. I have been asking myself - if I am working with a doctor, another type of professionals, how many times the doctor picks up the phone themselves instead of me leaving a message to a nurse? how many times a doctor will voluntarily call you to tell you what they are doing and nothing needs to be worried? Emails - she returns emails within the same business day - sometimes within one hour. Responsiveness, professionalism, patience, and compassion are everything I can think of Bridget!
