Philip answered my question in detail, explaining that although I would be within my legal right to do what I wanted to do, the court would frown upon my actions, potentially making things more difficult for me in the long run. I appreciate the honesty and info, and will definitely reconsider my plan of action. Thank you!

I only know Philip from his response and traded a few emails. He was very informative and responded quickly to my follow up questions. From our brief exchange I would use him should I need any help in his areas of expertise.

When I was going through one of the most difficult times in my life having to face the judicial system in Family Court, I was blessed enough to have Philip Mason represent me.
He received my case less than 24 hours before I was due in court and he stayed up late into the night to review my case in order to be prepared the next morning.
He has a kindness and sense of humor that made me feel at ease from the moment we met. In court, he was strong and knowledgeable.
Whenever I meet someone that is looking for a great family attorney, I always recommend Philip Mason!
Thank you for being there for my family and I!
