Had a consultation with her regarding a child custody case, she had very limited knowledge and made me feel like I had very little options as a father.

I recently reached out to Attorney Samuel for an initial consultation, and unfortunately one minute into the conversation she realized that I do not live in one of the counties that she services. Despite this fact, she proceeded to discuss my case with me and provided me valuable insight. Her brea...

Jaye represented me through a particularly complex and lengthy divorce where child custody was a factor. She was a consistent, empathetic, and solid support, and she always took the time to help me understand and navigate an unfamiliar process. I would highly recommend working with Jaye.

Jaye was extremely professional, responsive and organized. The case was prolonged due to opposing lawyer and individual dragging their feet, being unresponsive and difficult. Jaye was on top of everything, responsive and always provided appropriate and the best counsel. She answered every question fu...
"I worked with Jaye on very sensitive matter involving a very good friend of mine who is also a practicing attorney (he retained her for his divorce). I found her to be very knowledgeable and extremely well-prepared, as thorough as any lawyer could be. Her navigational skills and command of the courtroom were impressive, as were her understanding and compassion. More importantly, she kicked butt to get the best possible results under rather daunting circumstances. I highly endorse this lawyer with regard to a 209A restraining order, divorce, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, or any other domestic relations matter."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Samuels is highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike. She knows the law and gets results."
"I have learned a lot from Attorney Samuels on child custody matters. Her responses on the Q/A forums are very informative. She is a well respected member of the legal community."

"Ms. Samuels is generous enough to share her legal knowledge on sites like Avvo. Apart from being kind, she is also a passionate, intelligent, and skilled attorney. I endorse this lawyer."
"Ms. Samuels is a compassionate and yet zealous advocate for her clients. I recommend Ms. Samuals to anyone seeking a well respected and experienced family law attorney."
"The time a lawyer spends giving back through sites like this show passion for the law and compassion for people. Kudos to you for helping so many people."
"Attorney Samuels is a phenomenal attorney with a passion for helping people. I would not hesitate to refer my own clients to her."
"I have not yet had the pleasure of having a case with Attorney Samuels, but she is an active participant in this forum with detailed, thoughtful, and respectful answers. I usually groan when I see her name appear because she has frequently already answered with what I was intending to say, and there's not much point to posting "Yes, what she said.""
"An extremely talented and well respected attorney in the legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of her clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"I endorse this lawyer without reservation. Ms. Samuel's advice is legally accurate and she is a zealous advocate for her clients. I would not hesitate to recommend a client of mine should the need arise."
