extremely satisfied with Danielle

I could not be happier than I am after working with Danielle throughout my bankruptcy procedure. She was not only an amazing attorney, but also courteous, polite and very informative and willing to help answer any questions that I may had along the way. She worked very hard to make sure that everyth...ing went smooth along the way. She went the extra mile even during our filing process to help deal with a creditor who still harassed my wife and myself during our bankruptcy. Even to the point where we walked away from all of this not only debt free, but also with restitution from the harassing creditor. If you’re looking for an attorney that is not only professional, but also who cares about the well-being of her clients, then she is the attorney for you. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our family. Thanks a million!

Excellent, professional attorney

Danielle took on my case while others were quick to dismiss. She was professional, attentive, encouraging and informative each and every step of the process. Danielle made herself always available for any questions I may have had and she was quick with her responses. I appreciate that she was willing... to stand up to a large company on my behalf. As a result Danielle obtained a winning settlement.

Life Saver

I was in a lot of credit card debt and I was trying to get caught up but then started falling behind on my mortgage. It was a tough situation and thought I had no one on my side and that's when I found Danielle. She was so nice, caring, and informative when it came me and my hard times. She worked wi...th me and got me in a Chapter 13 at a fair cost and ended up saving my house and family. Highly recommend Danielle.

I completely panicked when I received my first (and only) negative review at work. I called Danielle to go over the review and discuss the best way to move forward. She and I developed a plan that I felt comfortable with and she counseled me on how to make a formal response to the review. Thankful...ly everything worked out, but if things had gotten worse, I felt confident that Danielle would be there to advocate for me and support me to resolve the situation. I would recommend Danielle to anyone seeking legal services.

Danielle was Excellent and Helped me in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

When I hired the Law Offices of Richard Gottlieb to help me with my mortgage - foreclosure issues, I worked directly with Danielle to file my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, prepare my petition, and create an affordable payment plan to help me keep my home. After months of not being able to pay my mortgage, ...Danielle represented me in front of the Chapter 13 Trustee, got my plan approved, and I am able to keep my home while making affordable payments through my bankruptcy. Working with her to collect documents, prepare the petition, and be preppred before hearings was delightful. At all times, Danielle was friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process which was foreign to me. She explained everything to me and dealt with all foreclosure lawyers directly so I didn't have to. I definitely recommend Danielle and Richard Gottlieb's Office to help with bankruptcy matters.
