Competent and Friendly - Got the job done!

Overwhelmed by Debt and facing Bankruptcy? Don't face it alone. We were in the same shape and fortunately discovered the Callahan Law Group. Attorney Danielle Callahan Gill is extremely competent, complete, and friendly; and she will be your advocate through this stressful process. From the moment of... our first conversation, Danielle instilled confidence and we immediately felt relieved that this process would soon be behind us. She was available by phone/email and we never had to wait more than a day for a callback – most of the time it was the same day. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and I doubt you will find more value anywhere. Her competence and grasp of the process is incredible. You will need to gather your financial and tax information and complete a long questionnaire, but the instructions are clear, and Danielle was able to answer all our questions. Nearly everything can be completed via Email, and once submitted, the paperwork caused all phone calls and letters from debtors to cease. She told us what to expect and when, and she went over the format of the 401 Meeting of Creditors beforehand and attended it with us. Often the most fearful part of the process, this meeting lasted only 5 minutes (via phone at the time) and went with no hitches whatsoever. Four months later, our matter was complete, and all our debt had been erased. For competence, value, and peace of mind, I doubt you will find a better Bankruptcy Attorney anywhere!

Professional and Ethical

Danielle helped me when I was being taken advantage of by another less honorable Attorney. She has displayed a thorough knowledge of bankruptcy law and explains herself in a kind, compassionate, and competent manner. Above all of her skills as an Attorney, what is more important is that I respect her... integrity as a person. I'm very happy I found her.

Danielle has been a pleasure to work with. She has been supportive, understanding and and informative throughout my chapter 7 bankruptcy. She responded quickly to my questions and made me feel at ease during the process. I would highly recommend her.

Attorney Danielle Callahan - my Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney

I would gladly recommend Atty. Callahan to anyone in need of her expertise. She is thorough and quite knowledgeable in this field. She was able to answer my many numerous questions on the same day I asked. She worked very hard and diligently on my case. My case was not simple or cut and dry but she... worked very hard in my behalf. I am very pleased with her work as well as being extremely happy with her professionalism.
