Danielle cares about her clients!

Danielle helped me through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy after I had previously hired a different attorney. Danielle clearly cared about me as a person, and not just collecting my payments, and getting me through the door. She consistently provided me with accurate, honest information. She stayed up to... date on my case, and also checked in on how I was doing outside of the case. Bottom line if you are going through bankruptcy at all: trust your representation. Danielle is nothing if not honest and caring. I would highly recommend her to any person seeking legal help in this area.

Excellent Lawyer

I requested a bankruptcy consultation in February 2015. Danielle contacted me immediately, reviewed the process of filing both Chapters 7 and 13 and the differences between them. I wasn't to sure I wanted to proceed so waited until July; I then contacted Danielle and started filing a Chapter 7. It ha...s just been discharged. Danielle is very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure she was available at all times to answer my many questions. She processed my forms as quickly as she could and at the 341 meeting soothed my nerves and responded to a couple of questions when I froze up. She made the whole undertaking bearable. I would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone who is seeking to file bankruptcy.

Life Saver

I was in a lot of credit card debt and I was trying to get caught up but then started falling behind on my mortgage. It was a tough situation and thought I had no one on my side and that's when I found Danielle. She was so nice, caring, and informative when it came me and my hard times. She worked wi...th me and got me in a Chapter 13 at a fair cost and ended up saving my house and family. Highly recommend Danielle.

Danielle was Excellent and Helped me in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

When I hired the Law Offices of Richard Gottlieb to help me with my mortgage - foreclosure issues, I worked directly with Danielle to file my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, prepare my petition, and create an affordable payment plan to help me keep my home. After months of not being able to pay my mortgage, ...Danielle represented me in front of the Chapter 13 Trustee, got my plan approved, and I am able to keep my home while making affordable payments through my bankruptcy. Working with her to collect documents, prepare the petition, and be preppred before hearings was delightful. At all times, Danielle was friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process which was foreign to me. She explained everything to me and dealt with all foreclosure lawyers directly so I didn't have to. I definitely recommend Danielle and Richard Gottlieb's Office to help with bankruptcy matters.
