A very competent attorney.

Danielle is a fantastic attorney. I have worked with and hired several attorneys (for many different reasons) over the years and I found Danielle to be a refreshing change. She is professional and has an excellent presence without being stuffy and unapproachable. What impressed me the most, was... her ability to handle situations that arose on her own. The opposing counsel had tried to play games and make some accusations; Danielle went through the (100 pages of) emails I had sent her and found numerous contradictions to those claims. I hired her for a landlord/tenant issue but I would certainly recommend her for Bankruptcy as well. Her knowledge of the law was quite impressive in regards to Landlord/Tenant areas and that's not even her specialty. We didn't end up going to trial, but I was thoroughly confident in Danielle's ability to argue before a judge or jury. Thanks Again Danielle, Samantha S.

Life Saver

I was in a lot of credit card debt and I was trying to get caught up but then started falling behind on my mortgage. It was a tough situation and thought I had no one on my side and that's when I found Danielle. She was so nice, caring, and informative when it came me and my hard times. She worked wi...th me and got me in a Chapter 13 at a fair cost and ended up saving my house and family. Highly recommend Danielle.

Danielle was Excellent and Helped me in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

When I hired the Law Offices of Richard Gottlieb to help me with my mortgage - foreclosure issues, I worked directly with Danielle to file my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, prepare my petition, and create an affordable payment plan to help me keep my home. After months of not being able to pay my mortgage, ...Danielle represented me in front of the Chapter 13 Trustee, got my plan approved, and I am able to keep my home while making affordable payments through my bankruptcy. Working with her to collect documents, prepare the petition, and be preppred before hearings was delightful. At all times, Danielle was friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process which was foreign to me. She explained everything to me and dealt with all foreclosure lawyers directly so I didn't have to. I definitely recommend Danielle and Richard Gottlieb's Office to help with bankruptcy matters.

Friendly and Compassionate Bankruptcy Attorney - eliminated all my debts

When I first met with Danielle, she was very welcoming, friendly, and I quickly felt comfortable working with her. I chose The Law Offices of Richard N. Gottlieb because of their reputation in Bankruptcy. I was dealing with quite a lot of credit card debt, and being sued in court when I first met w...ith Danielle. She was able to guy me through the bankruptcy process, represent me in meetings and court, and I was able to get the fresh start I needed. I highly recommend Danielle and the Richard Gottlieb's office to stop debt collectors and help me eliminate my credit card debt, and help my credit score.

Very Dissapointed

Danielle is a very nice person but a terrible lawyer in my opinion. Her lack of knowledge about back taxes and Bankruptcy rules cost me an $18000. It was her mistake and her managing partners lack of oversight that cost me this money. My advice is to hire an experienced lawyer and let Danielle learn... the law on someone else's case.
