worst divorce and child custody attorney ever
He made me sign 50/50 custody telling me that the judge wants us to agree on 50/50 custody eventhough the judge only said to work out a parenting schedule with your ex husband. There is nothing more important to a parent than the health, safety and well-being of their children. We should always fight for what is best for our children. You should know, that it is never too late to ask the Court to modify a child custody plan. We can file a complaint for modification at the Family Court. When we file the Complaint we will tell the judge why the current 50/50 custody plan is not working and what changes you would like. A child custody plan is never “ruined” we can work for a better plan for you and your child. In fact, it seems like the current plan has broken down, since a 50/50 plan did not or has not worked it will be easy for us to show the Court why it didn’t work and why we should have a different plan. I truly hope you reach out to me, as your review was anonymous, I am unable to get in contact with you. You have a voice, please do not feel like you are without recourse, or that you and your child do not have a case. I will always stand and fight with you.
