The most important basic estate planning documents include a health care proxy, durable power of attorney, and a will. In some cases trust planning can be beneficial. I can plan to help you avoid probate, plan for long-term care, or set up a special needs trust for a disabled child.

I help families obtain guardianship and conservatorship for disabled and/or incapacitated family members. Whether the person in need of services is just becoming an adult at 18, or has become incapacitated due to a physical injury or mental illness later in life, I can help.
