El mejor abogado de inmigracion que pude encontrar,cuando 3 abogados de aquí en Las Vegas me dijeron que no podium hacer nada por mi el tomo mi caso,hoy gracias a Dios soy residente legal de este país y el equipo de trabajo que el tiene al frente de su despacho muy amables y professionales Maribel es... un amor de persona amable y muy professional muchas gracias reza Athary & asociados por ayudar a nuestra comunidad inmigrante Dios los bendiga a cada uno de ustedes.

Their law firm is currently a case study in disorganization and unprofessionalism

No tengo dudas de que el Sr. Reza Athari y el Sr. James Mills fueron abogados altamente competentes en el pasado. Lamentablemente, ya no es el caso. Ojalá las reseñas recientes que veo ahora hubieran estado disponibles antes de contratarlos para mi caso de inmigración. Su bufete de abogados es actual...mente un agujero de desorganización, falta de atención al detalle y falta de profesionalismo. Una clara señal de su desorden ocurrió cuando contraté los servicios del Sr. Athari por primera vez. Él mismo solicitó reunirse conmigo en persona. Me hicieron moverme hasta su oficina para él unirse a la reunión a través de una videollamada con mala conexión desde Las Vegas, Nevada. Como era de esperar, no pude abordar todas mis preguntas sobre el caso. Un año después, a pesar de haber visitado su oficina en múltiples ocasiones, aún no le he conocido en persona. Ni el Sr. Athari ni el Sr. Mills asumieron realmente la responsabilidad de mi caso; en su lugar, lo delegaron a una asistente legal desafortunadamente inexperta que no estaba preparada para manejar su complejidad. Los errores han sido constantes: nombres mal escritos, prefijos incorrectos, fallos gramaticales e inconsistencias en documentos críticos. He tenido que revisar meticulosamente todo lo que me enviaban, ya que los borradores finales nunca estaban correctos. Me he convertido en abogado yo mismo. Incluso he tenido que encargarme personalmente de la comunicación directa con la Embajada porque no podía confiar en ellos. Su falta de atención al detalle es alarmante para un bufete de abogados. En varias ocasiones, me han enviado documentación con páginas faltantes porque no fijarse en que algunos formularios eran de doble cara. También han omitido registros de comunicaciones oficiales con USCIS y el Departamento de Estado de EE. UU. Su incapacidad para responder a asuntos urgentes ha sido igualmente preocupante. En una ocasión, solicité una reunión de emergencia con el Sr. Athari y el Sr. Mills para discutir un aviso gubernamental crítico sobre mi caso, ¡y la pospusieron durante un mes entero! Para colmo, intentaron cobrarme cargos meses tarde porque olvidaron procesar mi pago mensual, a pesar de haber firmado un formulario de autorización de tarjeta de crédito (dos veces). Resumen: El Sr. Athari y el Sr. Mills ya no están comprometidos con los casos de sus clientes. Su incompetencia parece no tener límites. Afortunadamente, encontré representación legal con abogados mucho más capaces después de cortar lazos con este bufete. Si estás considerando trabajar con ellos, te insto a que lo reconsideres. Estaré encantado de compartir más detalles sobre mi experiencia o cualquier otra ayuda que pueda ofrecer. No dudes en contactarme por correo electrónico. Thankfull for ever

After been Rejected by 4 different lawers in Vegas, I visited Reza Athari and he tolt me he could help me out to get my green card and he did.. thank you mister Athari. God bless you!!!!

Disappointed

I hired Reza & his assistant Lui almost 2 years , when I hired them they were so enthusiastic and assured me that they can help me but when they realized my case is complicated they ignored me . they only like dealing with easy case . their staff were extremely unhelpful and rud!!
