Outcome: Not Guilty Jury Verdict less than 1 hour

Description: Defendant was found inside her car in a hotel parking lot. She allegedly had the keys in her hands, and failed all field sobriety tests. The Bar manager testified that he saw her drunk and driving prior to police arrival. After vigorous cross-examination by attorney Donald Ramsell, the jury rejected his testimony and acquitted the defendant at trial.
