Jason is a dedicated Defense attorney for DUI, traffic and criminal cases.  Jason has taken the NTSA Field Sobriety Testing Course.  This is the same course in that police officers receive their training, so he knows what they are supposed and not supposed to be doing.  Jason also is the only attorney in the Peoria Area that was involved in the Illinois Supreme Court case challenging the HGN or "eye" field sobriety test.  Give Jason a call to discuss your case!
