I'm so glad I found Eller Law Firm! I hope not to have to go through an eviction process again, but I will definitely call Travis Scott Eller if I do have to.

Mr. Eller was handling a tricky eviction for me. He stepped out of the court and I listened to two opposing attorneys argue a fine legal point on eviction. The Judge and the two attorneys couldn't find the statute or case to support their position, so the Judge granted a break while they looked for the information. Soon after Mr. Eller entered the courtroom and the Judge said to him, "I could have used you a few minutes ago; you’re the expert in this area of the law."

Mr. Eller represented us in a very difficult and complicated eviction. Our tenants were very experienced in making the eviction process as lengthy as possible and used every available venue to make things as costly and prolonged as possible while avoiding judgment against them. Under the circumstances, the results he accomplished were optimal and we were able to regain our property without lengthy litigation at that stage of the issue.

The cost was also very reasonable and the process was easy and straightforward.

While we hope to not have to use him again, should we have another unfortunate situation with tenants that we can't resolve without litigation we would call him again.
