Excellent Attorney!

I highly recommend Attorney David Briggs for anyone looking for a well-educated, dedicated, and hard working Employment/Labor Attorney! I have worked on various matters with Mr. Briggs over the last couple of years and truly appreciate his attention to detail, unique understanding of employment law, ...and his distinct dedication to his clients. He treats his clients with the utmost respect, compassion, and empathy when dealing with the litigation process. Kristine M. - Paralegal Salem, OR

The Carriage Works v. Ikonic Manufacturing et. al.

David Briggs was one of our Lawyers for the Carriage Works Ikonic manufacturing law suits. We won the case because of the hard work that went into our law suit. My son Rick Mosley and ex Sales Manager Dan Dawson stole our hard drive with all drawings and customers names on it for use to start their o...wn competing company in the small town of Klamath Falls. The crooks were taken to court before a judge and Carriage Works won the case. The hard work they did was amazing and I would tell anyone looking for the best law firm to make sure to contact them first. President Carriage Works

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
