Handling Landlord issue

Mr. Feir was responsive, prompt and professional in handling our issue. Having to contact a lawyer to resolve issues is never a good situation, but I would recommend Mr. Feir's service to anyone needing guidance and legal counsel for any landlord/tenant issues.

Thorough And Skillful Representation

Scott defended my small property management company in a landlord/tenant dispute that my company became ensnared in. I could not have asked for more thorough and skillful representation. Scott successfully had my company dismissed from the suite quickly and as painlessly as possible. I was kept cons...tantly apprised of developments in the case and felt fully informed of my current posture in the suit. Scott was exceptional at explaining the procedural elements of my case as well as the more involved legal and strategic considerations. Scott is a highly intelligent fighter and it was a great relief to have him on my side. I will without a doubt engage Scott in any future legal issues that my company encounters.

Wonderful To Work With

I can't say enough good things about Scott. In addition to being a great strategist, he was also incredibly considerate and wonderful to work with. At every turn, he was sensitive to the emotional nature of my case and committed to making sure I understood my rights and how the case was evolving. Wit...h his guidance, I felt confident advocating for myself — and his care and concern went above and beyond my expectations.

We're finally "leak free"

Referred to Scott Feir by another attorney who prepared our wills, we could not have been more pleased with Scott's representation. Our case involved faulty construction on our residence. From the beginning, Scott gave us a realistic assessment of our prospects and potential pitfalls, brought in wid...ely respected experts, and handled the case expertly through mediation and settlement. He kept us well informed over the many months it took for the case to be settled. Lawyers can certainly be expensive, but knowing that we are retirees, Scott pursued the case without excessive billing. It probably helped that he seems to know all the main players in Seattle's construction law field. I highly recommend Scott Feir for honest and effective representation.

Client Jim

One never knows how good their attorney is until you are in Court, then it's too late. Ours case/ litigation was more difficult because of it consisting of three opposing parties. Each throwing accusations and deflecting accusations to and from each other. We had two Meditation hearings and wer...e now in the midst of Depositions from 14 persons. Multiple attorneys from each Party were making their best efforts to separate fact from fiction and get to meaningful truths from each witness. Watching the style, strategy, knowledge and effectiveness of each attorney it was clear Scott Feir and his associate Chris were heads and shoulders above the rest. And again, looking at it objectively from 30,000 feet, he was the best. I highly recommend him to all that accept nothing less that the best!
