AMAZING!! If you ever need a defense attorney Peter is the man to see! After waiting over a year to finally get to trail (the state didn't have a case!) the jury came back with a not guilty verdict! Worth every penny! Oh and did I mention he threw out his back the day before trail and still attended instead of delaying it :)

Wow. Way to totally mess up the stereotypes about lawyers!! Mr Carini provided TONS of information over the phone, with no payment whatsoever. His demeanor set our hearts at ease, and all of what he told us would happen came true. And he kept saying the funniest thing: "Save you money, you don't need to hire me." Seriously!
I tell you what though---if ever I do have a need, or if any friend has a need, there is only one attorney I will be calling. It is so frustrating to be dealing with "the system" when the authorities give you zero information. Thank goodness this attorney knows what happens and doesn't mind sharing that knowledge.

Mr. Carini is an excellent lawyer with a practice emphasizing the defense of duii. He is well known as an aggressive defender and knows as much or more information on the defense of duii than anyone.

We waited over a year to finally hear those two words.

It was a long and stressful process that was made much easier with the help of Mr Carini and his staff. The court system has its own time schedule and having the confidence to continue with our life while the case worked its way through is priceless.

That confidence was due to Mr Carini's extensive knowledge and certifications in the very same equipment, techniques, handbooks, studies, etc that are required of police officers. In fact, he is trained and certified to be an instructor as well. As it happens so was the police officer that made the charge. It was a battle of the instructors and Mr Carini won hands down.

He left the officer literally unable or unwilling to answer questions and had to drag out several answers from the officer the hard way. Step by step and often the long way around the obvious. It made an impression on the jury when the officer wouldn't answer positive to terms everyone is familiar with. Especially when answering yes or recognizing that term would be to our benefit and help Mr Carini make the point faster. He even frustrated the DA with his expertise against the officer that she commented on it in open court.

As with every trial, jury selection is important and we were impressed with his interviewing skills which helped to introduce the basic concepts of jury duty and reveal jurors who were lacking in various areas. And more importantly, spot jurors who could objectively and effectively listen to the evidence.

With the jury selection process he had the jurors so engaged. When he presented the opening statement one juror actually made an audible noise in disgust at what the prosecution was trying to do. It was still a long process breaking down the prosecution's case point by point but he helped to set the stage for what was to come.

Obviously, the details of your case will be different than what we went through. But you can have complete confidence that Mr Carini knows exactly where those specific details fit within the law.

We would highly recommend Mr Carini for anyone facing a DUII conviction or any other legal issue he handles. I am writing this for my husband so this is actually two recommendations in one. We were very impressed with Mr Carini and his staff and I am confident you will be too. He literally gave our lives back to us.

I was arrested last September for a DUII offense. At first, I was in shock and did not know what to do with myself. I frantically began researching Oregon DUII information and became anxious, overwhelmed, and terrified. I felt completely helpless. A few days after my arrest, I received a pamphlet in the mail from Peter Carini's office. After reading the brochure, my spirits were lifted. I was impressed with Peter's educational background and experience, in addition to the fact that he offered a free 30-minute consultation to answer questions and offer legal advice. Relieved, I immediately called Peter's office and scheduled an appointment.

When I first met with Peter, I was anxious and "on-guard". As a young, blond female, I had an idea in my head that any lawyer I spoke with would try to take advantage of me by convincing me that I would need to spend thousands of dollars for legal advice and assistance. However, after talking to Peter and explaining my situation, he immediately calmed my nerves by telling me I had options. In no way did he make any attempt to take advantage of me. My 30-minute consultation lasted for about 90 minutes; however, Peter did not appear the slightest bit rushed, and he was determined to put me at ease and explain that I would be just fine. After receiving clarification regarding my situation and options, I was able to go home feeling relieved and relaxed for the first time since my arrest.

My second appointment with Peter involved discussions regarding diversion. I was so relieved when Peter told me I qualified for diversion. Due to the fact that I am a low-income student, and that I am still a dependent on my parents' insurance, I explained to Peter that I wanted my father to be involved with the process. I asked to speak with my father during the appointment, and, without hesitation, Peter spoke with him as well. Peter explained to him the situation, options, and the fact that he was impressed with my overall attitude. After consulting with Peter on a few separate occasions, I was prepared to commence my diversion process.

Peter and his associates are not only knowledgeable, but empathetic. They understand how scary and confusing DUII offenses can be for individuals, especially those who are first-time offenders. Peter's expertise, professionalism, and empathy helped change my attitude and outlook on my situation. Rather than being scared, confused, and anxious, I was able to maintain a clear head and calm attitude, in addition to having hope for the future. I highly recommend Peter's services to anyone who is facing a DUII conviction.

I was arrested for DUI and reckless driving in Jackson County. This was a new experience for me and incredibly un-nerving. I was panicked. At first I thought I would handle it myself but quickly found the situation out of hand because of my lack of perspective and lack of knowledge. EXPLANED ON A LEVEL I CAN UNDERSTAND

Peter was a tremendous help for me as I attempted to navigate the legal system. He listened to my story, expressed sincere concern, and then laid out my options in a clear and understandable manner.

He was very helpful with our questions. He gave us advice on my case and didn't charge us anything, & now I feel better about my chances at winning my chase.

Carini was responsive, generous with his time, answered all my questions, regardless of my unfortunate finicial situation. And he told me info that may assist me in making my public defender do the best possible job. From calling other lawyers, they wanted money for a consultation. Carini did not. Carini is clearly confident inhis knowleged of the criminal justice "trap" works and how that system to scare people into pleading guilty even when they are not. Peter is very confident of his knowledge in the criminal "entraptment" system. I am glad to have to met the guy.

My case seemed as run-of-the-mill as they come until I showed up in court. The DA wouldn't budge or cut me any slack. I have no other legal history and it seemed unfair. I was charged with a Furnishing liquor to minors when my roommate had decided to throw a party without my permission. Without knowing much of the law, i stayed during the party to watch my personal belongings instead of leaving the house. After an hour of noise complaints the cops were called, and the party was busted. I was charged with the misdemeanor and didn't know where to turn. I contacted Mr. Carini and was immediately set up with a consultation. He was informative and helpful; without his help i'm unsure of what would have happened. Went way abouve and beyond the call of duty for me in my 30 minute free consltation. It went actually for almost an hour and a half, went through the steps with me, walked to the court house with me and explained everything in a way which I completely understood.

My case was a little different I did not know I was being charged with duii until a week before I had to go to court. I called My Friend that is in Law Enforcement He said to call Peter.
