Will not recommend !!
I would not recommend Attorney Daniels . My experience was definitely not a good one . I paid a large sum of money for attitude and responses that always left me in questioning. After a while I even questioned as to who was He working for because my son case didn’t seem too important or an interest...
Tammie, Your son was accused of Second Degree Murder and Attempted Second Degree Murder arising from a shooting that occurred at a trail ride in Tangipahoa Parish, docket number 2002629, along with eight other individuals. In addition to that matter, your son was also facing the following charges in separate docket numbers: Docket No. 2102358: Assault by drive-by shooting and aggravated criminal damage to property Docket No. 2002334: Two counts of obstruction of justice to second degree murder Docket No. 2000932: Possession of Schedule II controlled substances Docket No. 2102100: Possession with intent to distribute marijuana, illegal possession of a firearm, and aggravated flight from an officer My representation was limited solely to the Second Degree Murder and Attempted Second Degree Murder case under docket number 2002629. As a direct result of my advocacy, your son’s case was severed from the co-defendants, and he was able to plead guilty to the reduced charges of conspiracy to commit second degree murder and conspiracy to commit attempted second degree murder. He received a sentence of ten (10) years on each count. Given your son’s criminal history and the number of other pending felony charges, this plea agreement—which both you and your son approved—saved him from a potential life sentence. All of the information outlined above is a matter of public record. Throughout the proceedings, both you and your son requested a bond reduction. I filed and argued for that request; however, it was denied by the court. Based on the facts of the case, the evidence presented, and your son’s overall exposure, I am not aware of any additional action that could have reasonably produced a better outcome. I can make the documents available to you are anyone else who would like to review. Respectfully, Harry Daniels Attorney at Law

Lawyer
I cannot recommend Harry Daniel under any circumstances. I engaged his services to file a post-conviction motion on my behalf, but he failed to follow up on the documents he submitted, allowing three years to pass without any communication. It was only through my own research that I discovered the...
