Mr Wallin was professional and worked with me on payments so I could get into some programs ahead of time to help me with my case. I've stop drinking and he was able to get me house arrest with alochol treatment. He was able to save my job, my family and my life.

I received a Drunk in Public in Rancho Cucamonga back in April, while my friend received a DUI. I was in the back seat of his car, while he was in the passenger seat. We were both intoxicated, but we were parked in another friends driveway. The friends whose house we were parked at was inside and had the keys to the vehicle that we were in. One of the neighbors called the cops eventually, and the Rancho Sheriffs showed up. They immediately began questioning us, and then proceeded to book us for the drunk in public, and my friend for a DUI. We were booked and taken in to jail, and held overnight. We were upset that we would get taken in on such circumstances and felt there were a lot of discrepancies with taking us in. Especially since my friend that was booked with the DUI hadn't driven the whole night, the car just happened to be in his name. Therefore we thought they just took both of us in because they assumed we were guilty. That's when my friend contacted the offices of Attorney Thomas Wallin. We told him everything that happened, as well as the time frames in which they had taken place, and he agreed with us that we should not have been arrested. And also brought to our attention many other facts that we had yet to realize, that would prove we were innocent. Wallin appeared at all of my court dates for me, and I did not have to attend. Mr. Wallin would call me himself, or his personal secretary would call to inform me of my court dates, as well as call within 1-2 days after the court date to report the outcome. After the first court appearance the judge offered a plea deal with a $750 fine, as well as possibly some community service, because the drunk in public was a violation to my probation I was on from a DUI about 2 years back. Since I violated probation I feared a huge fine, and possibly attending drug and alcohol classes, as well as adding years onto previous probation. I was willing to take the first fine that was offered to me, but Wallin was determined that he could get my sentencing reduced. So he attended another court date, and got my drunk in public misdemeanor charge reduced to just an infraction of Penal Code 415. This only required a $105 fine and added 1 year of informal probation. I was very pleased with the outcome and couldn't be happier that I hired Thomas Wallin to represent me. He did everything he said he was going to do for me, and more. And made this headache of a process so easy and stress free for me. Recommending Mr. Wallin is easy. He helped me to get my case reduced from a DUI to an infraction. He was informative with very friendly office.

Mr. Wallin was able to get my DUI out of San Bernardino Court dismissd and I was able to plead to a speeding ticket. My BAC was .08 at the arrest and later .09 at the station. He never prmosed anything but he made me feel comfortable and was able to negotiate the deal with the DA. He was nice to deal with and I have recommended him to a coworker already.

I hired him to help my son and he was able to get the case reduced. His staff did a great job and I felt he knew what he was talking about and gave my son good advice.
