Biography
James Rush is a Marin County native. Mr. Rush received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been working on behalf of injured persons since his days as a law clerk in 2003 with the plaintiffs’ firms Banning, Micklow, Bull & Lopez in San Francisco in 2003 and The Veen Firm in San Francisco in 2004. Mr. Rush founded Rush Injury Law in 2005 and has represented injured persons ever since.
At the Rush Injury Law, we are committed to helping local Bay Area people who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. While we are tough with the insurance companies and defendants who have caused our client's injuries, we treat our clients like family members, helping them through all aspects of their case and recovery.
