Amazing lawyer
I was involved in a stressful criminal case. David took on the case, He responds in a timely fashion, he personable, professional, and doesn't make you feel judged. David remembered every detail of the incident I explained to him. Long story short I received a not guilty verdict.

I contacted daves office a day after a bad car accident I was in. I was very unclear of what would happen and what to do. They got back to me immediately and Dave took the case and was very transparent in explaining everything and he went right to work in resolving the charges. He is very personable, professional, and above all great at what he does.

You want a good lawyer who has your best interest at heart? Mr. Flaherty is your guy!!
I was involved in a big misunderstanding which involved family and also resulted in a court proceeding. I hired Mr. Flaherty after I had already fired one lawyer which I didn't feel had my best interest at heart who was telling me to plead "guilty " with a 18mth probation. From day one of hiring Mr. Flaherty he reassured me that everything would be ok and not to worry. Mr Flaherty scheduled me for a trial and met with me on several cases to go over the case and gather information. He was very understanding as to what my concerns were and what I needed done. End result the case got Dismissed.

Upfront, straight-forward and delivers what he says
I hired Mr. Flaherty to defend me for a speeding ticket on a Masspike speeding trap. He asked me specific details about the ticket, a bit about myself and my driving record. Based on that information, he assured me that he can successfully represent me. I couldn't make it to the hearing as I'm out of state. The afternoon of the hearing, Mr. Flaherty emailed me the result: Not Responsible and the documentation signed by the Magistrate - the best possible outcome! He's a great communicator: concise and the whole exchange took place via email. Btw, his pricing is also very fair. The best experience possible!

Came thru as promised
I'm an out-of-state driver and received a speeding ticket while traveling to Boston. Because of work and the distance, I couldn't miss work to appear at court. I hired David Flaherty to represent me and he took care of the whole case. He was straight up and honest with me in the beginning and said that most likely it would require an appeal but that he could get me a favorable result. Long story short, case was appealed and I was dismissed of all charges. Great news. I was happy to have hired him.

Excellent Dependable Attorney for All your needs...…I have used David for several eviction cases over the years and he has always been great. Recently, he represented my nephew on an OUI and was able to beat the case. Presently, he is helping another family member on a personal injury case. Would hire over and over again, can't go wrong with that. Best Lawyer ever.
That was the first time in my life that I had to deal with going to court for something I did not even do. Since they said I would need a lawyer. I sat down and said to myself That I needed a lawyer who would care ,listen and defend me. Well David Vincent Flaherty was the best and right person. I can't be more thankful, the stress that I had about this case, I was overwhelming and wanted to give up with everything. Great Attorney. David Keeps Things Simple and Straightforward
I hired Dave because I had gotten into two accidents within a one year period. My insurance company attempted to claim I was more than 50% at fault for these two accidents and another minor accident in which I was not driving. I didn't know my rights or if it was worth my time to even appeal (I figured the insurance company would just claim it was my fault and that was it), but Dave was able to get two of the three accidents dismissed and the third will probably be dismissed soon. I am happy with the results and I would definitely hire Attorney Flaherty again.

Dependable Lawyer
Mr. Flaherty helped me with an OUI case that went to trial. There were many circumstantial facts that were used against me, but he managed to counterpunch them in the court room. He did a great job and is the reason why I was found not guilty. It was a major relief for my driving record, finances and possible career opportunities. I highly recommend Mr. Flaherty for those of you who are looking for assistance in the court of law.

Best lawyer I know who is extremely knowledgeable and works on behalf of his clients
David Flaherty is the best lawyer I know who has helped me in several times of need. He explained the landlord/tenant laws and executed a powerful demand letter to my landlord which helped me immensely. He was ready to go to court with me, should that situation arise. Excellent attorney
Mr. Flaherty is an outstanding attorney, I have used him for years in dealing with my multiple commercial and residential properties.
