Description: Client and opposing party engaged in very contentious dissolution with minor children. Restraining orders were sought against client, which were ultimately, after 2 days of hearings, dissolved. Opposing party relocated children without consent of client. Emergency orders were sought, and obtained, for the immediate return of the minor children.
