Adina Helena Rosenfeld

I am a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) at Feinberg & Waller, authorized to practice in California, and have extensive experience in family law. Achieving CFLS designation involves passing a demanding written examination, undergoing peer review, and demonstrating proficiency by handling a wide range of family law cases. I have also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor reserved for a small percentage of attorneys who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement and peer recognition.

My practice is centered on complex child custody issues, including move-away cases, domestic violence, parental alienation, visitation, and divorce proceedings. I prioritize the welfare of children and ensure that my clients are thoroughly informed at every step. I craft detailed legal strategies that foster understanding and confidence. Although I prefer settlements, I am fully equipped to engage in litigation if necessary. Clients frequently praise my meticulous attention to detail, straightforward communication, and pragmatic legal guidance.

I am fluent in German and conversational in Polish, Hebrew, and Italian, enabling me to assist clients from various cultural backgrounds. My fascination with international legal frameworks led me to author a law review article on comparative rules of international evidence. My European heritage further deepens my grasp of the Hague Convention and laws concerning international child abduction.

Before Feinberg & Waller, I served as a clerk at Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center through a fellowship from Loyola Law School. In this role, I handled client intakes, prepared legal documents, and assisted attorneys with discovery, motions, and trial preparations.

I have been a staunch advocate for those in need. During my time in law school, I engaged with the Women’s Lawyers Association, Jewish Law Students Association, and worked as an extern for Loyola’s Project for the Innocent, furthering my commitment to justice and service.
