I have been practitcing law since 1981, first as a tax attorney with Chevron, then in my own practice since 1990. I enjoy the challenge of resolving the tax and financial issues each client presents and seek to get them the best settlement based on a fair analysis of both the facts and law affecting the situation. I like to help people move their lives into the future.
I often see solutions where others see only questions.
We are known as a detail oriented firm that requires an accurate, complete and full disclosure from both parties as a basis for a fair settlement. I have developed unique materials to help my clients understand the law and explain their situation to their advantage
The TR6 was to be the tow car for my racing Spitfire, but the towbar was stolen and the trailer was too heavy for it anyway. Still all original....50,000 miles.

Over Bills You... Handed me off to an inexperienced attorney
This firm is very cagey in their billing practices. I was billed for various "consultations" between Susan and the attorney she handed me off to. Many charges for all kinds of "administrative" costs too. Just running up the tab. She also talks on & on when you meet her, even when you are supposed to ...

Professional review
I am a professional psychologist who has had the opportunity to work with Susan Jeffries and her associates. My patients have felt very supported by her and her associates, and would recommend her highly to others. My clients have felt well supported in separation, divorce and child custody cases,

Will run you into bankruptcy
Charged a hefty retainer and escalated the situation with the ex. When I tried to discuss the turn of events, Susan turned rude and hostile. I immediately switched attorneys and she refused to refund the balance on the retainer and sent an invoice with bogus charges to use up the retainer. Susan is ...
