Reckless Driving

Money Hungry and Avoids Directly Answering Questions

Replied last April 4, 2017Good morning Erin: I wanted to take a moment to respond to your review. You indicated that we did not perform the services we were contacted for and thus refused to issue a refund. Since you were not our client I cannot go into explicit detail; however, you hired our firm for a client. That client had 3 cases. There was another attorney on 1 case and we were hired for the 2 new cases. We immediately got to work on the case. The ultimate outcome... DISMISSED. Both of the cases we were hired for were dismissed. Not diversion, not a plea agreement, and no trial - dismissed. Also, you note that we stopped being pleasant and quick to respond to your emails. I believe we were fairly quick to respond to your emails, but once they did not contain what you wanted to hear (that we were not issuing a refund) you threatened us with bad reviews. It was at this time that our relationship has deteriorated to such a degree that we would no longer communicate with you. Lastly, you complain that there were 4 separate lawyers working on client's case. As we discuss with all of our clients, we take a team approach to all of our cases. We believe that multiple heads are better than one. So yes, we have a myriad of lawyers, and in our opinion that is one thing that makes us so great. So while we are disheartened that you feel you didn't get what you deserve, our client got the ultimate outcome for the cases we were hired to represent the client on.
