I got hurt on the job after 25yrs of service my Company fired me after a workmen comp doctor pencil whipped me a clean bill of health even after I told them I was suffering from moderate to severe back, hip and leg pain. Matt talked to me on the phone several times telling me he would help me when I was ready. He took my case and got my case reopened. I prob have one of the worst workmen comp insurance known to all law firms. Matt and his team continue to fight for me tooth and nail to make the insurance accountable. I know most of Matt family by first name bases and have met all of the staff at one time or another. Matt told me in the very beginning he hates to lose cases and I know he puts in long hours and makes extreme sacrifices to do what is right for his clients. He is straight forward guy and he will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. God Bless the Fendon Law Firm they are a great class of people you want on your side when times are tough.

I went to Mr. Fenton's office and meant with someone other then Mr. Fenton. I had all my medical records, MRI's and all other material they had asked me to have for my meeting. I was asked after being told the associate meant with Mr. Fenton I would need to spend at least $2000 to see specialist for my spine and shoulder. Even though my MRI's clearly show injuries to both my neck and shoulder I was told it would be easier for the firm to fight my denial by using their doctors to state once again my injuries is due to my fall at work and not prexisting conditions.
I felt like my claim was not worth enough for Mr. Fenton's firm to fight for me. I think the Insurance Company that denied my claim may be to tough for them to fight for me. The Insurance Company's attorneys has a "BULL DOG" name for themselves. I think there was not enough money for my case for Mr. Fenton's firm to want to fight for me. What happened to the days where people would fight for people? I know my case is not a huge money maker. I have been in serious pain since the injury and the MRI's show I have injuries. The Insurance company is blaming my injuries on prexisting conditions, which I think is another reason why Mr. Fenton's firm decided my claim would be to much work for the compensation they would receive. Very disappointed no one fight's for the man that has always worked hard and when in need the most, help is not here for me.

I have had 3 different work related injuries and I don't kno what I would have done without Matt. There were so many doctor's involved and Matt explained what was happening at each step in the process, for example, what hearings were going on, if I did or did not have to attend, the end results, etc. I was always aware of what was going on in all of my cases.

I can't say enough about how great of a job Matthew Fendon did on my case. This was my first time needing a lawyer and I did not know what to expect. I got the best. MR. Fendon made sure I was kept informed and what to expect throughout the process. I never felt at anytime that I was just being told what I wanted to hear or that I was being told something that was not true. I highly recommend Matthew Fendon to all. Your truley in good hands with Matt Fendon.

Mr. Fendon is a respectable and experienced wokers' compensation attorney in Arizona. Although he takes cases similar to my firm, we associate in complex matters involving bad faith and I refer him all of my northern Arizona potential clients. His firm refers us his southern Arizona clients.

Matt Fendon is the best worker's compensation lawyer I have ever dealt with. I have had several attorneys in the past, and none of them come close to him. He always returned my calls within 24 hours. His staff was very friendly and knowledgable. He really knows the law very well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a worker's compensation lawyer.

Lawyer’s Comment:
William, I appreciate you visiting my Avvo site, but I am upset why we were given a poor rating for declining your case. I have a staff of 12-plus whose salaries I am responsible for. Unfortunately, we cannot accept every case that contacts us. We provided you with a free consultation with an attorney and decided based on the totality of the circumstances that it did not make sense to take your case. This stems back to the fact that I have a staff that depends on a paycheck. Thus, we have to take cases that make financial sense. However, as a good faith gesture, if you would like to come in and meet with me personally for a re-review of your case, I would be more than willing to do that for you, free of charge. Please let me know if you'd like to come in and meet with me. Best wishes.
