On Mother's Day, I was driving in the morning and pulled over for speeding. The officer said that he smelled alcohol, which is understandable because I drank the previous night, however, I felt completely sober in the morning. I blew just over the legal limit and was arrested. This was horrifying because not only would I lose my license for 2 years forcing me to quit my job, but a criminal record would greatly influence my chances of getting into medical school. Upon reading these reviews, I decided to check Glen out and was immediately impresse . He is extremely knowledgable with is demonstrated in his book and he's a no bs kind of guy. He doesn't sugar coat anything, provide any false hope and he's very honest. Thinking a reckless driving charge would be my best case scenario, I was shocked at the outcome. As my court date was approaching, I received a call from Glen stating that I didn't even have to go to court; my entire case was dismissed- speeding ticket and all. I don't know what he did, but I couldn't be happier. This was well worth the money for me.

As many of you know that have found yourself in the unfortunate position of being charged with DUI, the system is not designed in your favor at all. This was made extremely clear to me throughout my entire ordeal. I was charged with DUI back in February 2015 based solely on my previous record of impaired driving. The bottom line in my case was that the officer who stopped did not follow proper procedure in extending his DUI investigation. I was stopped for a faulty license plate light, and complied with the officer's request for my license & insurance. The officer went back to his vehicle and ran my information. From there he saw that I had a prior violation of impaired driving, however, I was not driving erratically, did not have blood shot eyes, nor did I smell of alcohol. When the officer returned to my car he asked me how much I have had to drink that night (unconstitutional). Prior to this experience I was not aware of my rights as a citizen being detained by the police, nor was I aware of the proper "reasonable suspicion" the police are required to have before conducting a DUI investigation. In that moment of the officer asking me that question I knew that I did not want to be rude, hostile, or impolite towards him so I was honest with him and admitted to drinking 2 beers. From there I was asked to step out of my vehicle and subject to the field sobriety tests. I only want to focus on the stop and early questioning in my particular case because this is what I want others to be aware of. If you are ever stopped by the police and have a record it is not lawful for the police to use your prior record ALONE as reasonable suspicion to investigate you for a crime other than the violation that you were originally pulled over for. In my case I was illegally profiled by this officer and unlawfully questioned. This is where Glen was an absolute savior in my case. I hired him, and he immediately went to work on my case. His approach is very straight forward, and he is an excellent communicator with the English language which many may not be aware of really does matter in a court of law. Glen review the facts of my case and was able to immediately identify where the officer was wrong and starting building my defense. He was able to prevent my license from being suspended at all, and my case dismissed! Glen is very professional, timely, and a confidence builder. If you happen to find yourself facing DUI charges in the state of Utah you truly cannot afford not to hire Glen for your case. He will do his very best to get the most favorable outcome possible with your case. Here in Utah DUI truly is a unique politically enforced crime. I do not advise anyone to go at fighting one of these alone. You definitely need an experienced DUI attorney on your side and Glen truly knows the DUI laws and court proceeding extremely well. You cannot put a price on your freedom or damaging your future with a DUI conviction on your record. HIRE GLEN TODAY!

I was visiting Utah from out of State and was pulled for a DUI. Glen was recommended to me by a friend. From the start of this terrible situation Glen was very helpful and informative. Due to certain circumstances with the court it took over a year to resolve. Glen work continuously on the very complicated case. With his extensive knowledge and perseverance the DUI charges were reduced to a speeding ticket. I highly recommend Glen. He's a great attorney and knows the laws.

Glenn saved my job... I drive for a living and he was able to keep the suspension under 4 months... I was able to keep my job and take some vacation to get through the loss of license period.
He knows what needs to be done with dui, even the Judge asked him about the statute in court.
I will never be back in this situation again, but I would recommend him for anyone who needs help with a DUI. He truly made it low stress and the best possible outcome for me.

Hiring Glen Neeley as my lawyer for a DUI I received was the best decision I could've made. My case was questionable to start with and I really hesitated getting a lawyer. However after consulting with Glen (about one hour after I called him), I decided it was the best way to go. Just the basic fact that Mr. Neeley was my lawyer told the prosecution I meant business and I was going to do whatever it took to get justice. There is no way I could've done that on my own. He knows his stuff, therefore he is able to represent with knowledge and most importantly confidence. The piece of my case that I like the best was that I knew I could put everything out of my mind until I heard from him. I loved letting him do the worrying for me! I knew I could tell him every detail about my case without judgment and any time I had a question he would answer specifically, generally within the hour. I couldn't be more happy with Glen Neeley. If you are question getting a lawyer like I was it's the right way to go with him. Another honorable characteristic Glen has is that he never once promised me a certain outcome. I really respected that. He would give me options then help me make an educated decision, without ever saying a it was going to go one way or another. As I said before my case was questionable to start with. I ended up having all charges dismissed......I believe only because I hired Mr. Neeley.

Hiring Glen Neeley is by far and away the best thing anyone can do if you find yourself needing a lawyer. I found myself in that situation for a potential 2nd DUI. I took it to trial because I truly felt I was wrongfully accused. Glen listened to me, believed me and fought for me. He performed his magic and came up with the evidence to get my case dismissed before the jury even cam in!! Watching him was like watching a lawyer on TV. He backed the prosecution into a corner with his strategic use of facts and his killer delivery. I am not one to write reviews but this guys changed my life.

i was accused of DUI after an accident with the contributing challenge of a refusal to submit and blood drawn by search warrant. BAC was well over the limit.
There were some improprieties with the police and i wanted to go in guns blazing but Glenn counseled patience, getting them on record over and over contradicting themselves, and drawing the process out until we got a good opening. He let them make the mistakes instead of letting me be the one to make them.
This was VERY good advice and worked out well.
He did a great job of catching the police contradicting themselves and got all charges negotiated way, way down mostly by being absolutely ready to go win in court if need be.
No DUI, just a plea to reckless driving.
Glenn did a great job on the law, explained things well, and put together a good strategy that eventually pressured the prosecutor to offer a good deal.
Getting caught in the machinery of a DUI is scary. You want a good lawyer to lead you through it. The advice i got from a friend who is a lawyer was catastrophic. He just did not know the law here. it's specialized material. Glenn is expensive, but very worth it. Quality costs. I recommend him. You do not want to go through this with a lawyer that is learning this body of law as they go.

Glen is a very impressive lawyer. Within 24 hours of hiring him, he was on the ball with getting my court date rescheduled and getting me a late drivers license hearing. He was always prompt and organized about keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. 2 months later (after being cited with DUI) I not only got my case dropped thanks to Glen, but I also have my license back. What professional and what a guy. Thank you so much Glen!!!
