Syracuse City charged me with a DUI. I was involved in an accident where I hit a light pole. My relationship started with Mr. Neeley coming to my house and meeting with me. He answered all my questions and I felt good about him representing me. Mr. Neeley always answered my phone calls or returned my calls shortly after I called. He made himself available to me throughout the process. He showed up to the drivers license hearing with me and we won because they did not have the blood test back yet. He showed up to Court with me and was always on time. The prosecution produced the blood test results. The preliminary reports showed the positive, the final reports showed negative. Mr. Neeley convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a careless driving. Mr. Neeley was expensive, but took care of my case as he should have.

I was stopped at a checkpoint after having a couple of glasses of wine at a friends house. I was then arrested for a DUI. This was a horrible and embarrassing experience for me. I immediately began looking for an attorney to defend. I found and met with Glen. He spent time with me and learned about my case. We went to Court and the prosecutor offered me a deal. As I was considering taking the offer to a lessor charge, Glen advised me he thought we could do better. I trusted him and followed his advice. He filed a motion to have all the evidence dismissed. The prosecutor agreed with the motion. Ultimately, the DUI case was dismissed and I plead to a lessor charge that had nothing to do with alcohol. Glen got my license back, no DUI on my record, and protected me from the serious consequences I was facing from a DUI being on my record. All in all, I would recommend Glen as a lawyer for anyone. I have known a few people who have also gotten DUI's and none had lawyers as good as Glen and ended up getting a bad deal in the end. He is worth every penny.

My husband got arrested got a DUI when he wrecked his truck because he fell asleep on his way home from rehab. Having just completed a 9 day detox of suboxone my husband was not feeling great but he wasn't on anything other than the prescribed dose of meds from the facility. The UHP didn't believe my husband and arrested him thinking he was on some kind of narcotic especially given the fact he had a problem with pills and admitted that to the cop. Originally we retained a lawyer recommended by the bail bondsmen-- what a mistake. This lawyer gave terrible legal advice and failed to file a motion with the drivers license division. Realizing we had no hope of fighting this case with an attorney of this caliber we hired Glen. Glen immediately went to this attorneys office HIMSELF to collect all evidence and information regarding our case. He filed a hearing with the drivers license division to try to get my husband's license back even though it was beyond the ten day window. He advised us they don't typically extend hearings beyond 10 days but it was worth a try since my husband is required to have a CDL for his job. My husband lost his license due to the other lawyers negligence but Glen made every effort to try to get it back while we waited on the blood test results. Two months after being arrested we finally received the CLEAN blood test from the state of utah. That day those results came back Glen talked with the prosecuting attorney resulting in the DUI being dismissed that day. We didn't even have to go to court one time. Glen then filed another appeal with the drivers license division THAT DAY and over the weekend got my husbands license back pending on paperwork. Not only did he do that but he called us on a holiday (labor day) to let us know the good news. What a fantastic lawyer and he was even excited himself just to tell us.
Glen handles his practice like a business and treats his clients with respect and dignity. Glen is extremely proactive and keeps you informed on any updates with your case. He is available any day to answer your questions or concerns. You can plan on getting a response from Glen within a couple of hours tops. I know if it wasn't for Glen my husband would have a DUI on his record. I believe Glen's reputation is so fantastic that the prosecuting attorney knew better than to continue prosecuting my husband with Glen as his attorney. Glen works really hard to help his clients and you can feel his excitement and sense of accomplishment when he helps people fight their case. I couldn't say anything but fabulous things about Glen. If you want your dui taken care of Glen is the only lawyer that will be able to do it.

Glen did an amazing job at handling my DUI. This was the second time that I had been arrested for a DUI. Having previously been arrested I was targeted by UHP for being under the influence drugs despite the fact that I was not on any drugs at all.
I called glen the morning after my arrest. He was very quick. Immediately after hiring him he filed an appearance with the court, requested the evidence and also requested the drivers licence hearing.
At the driver's license hearing the officer made me sound like I could not stand straight which was not true. Glen's cross examination of the officer was masterful. The tone in her voice by the time he was done made appear as though she was unsure she did the right thing. About a week later I received the notice that we won, which was a huge relief.
I had my day in court this morning and my DUI was dismissed. My whole ordeal was resolved within 2 months of my original arrest (I was arrested on 8/8/2013) because of the skills and knowledge of Glen Neeley. If you want someone who will put tireless effort into your case then hire Glen. You will not be sorry.

Getting charged with a DUI was a scary and confusing time. Mr. Neeley was the second lawyer I contacted and won me over after our first chat. He was strait forward and explained all the steps that would have to be taken in order for my defense plan to take shape. I knew at that point that Glen was who I wanted in my corner. After giving all the facts of my case to Mr. Neeley we set out on making sure that I would be ready to face the DLD hearing and then my trial. With court system being so backed up my case took over a year and a half to be resolved. I however always felt like Mr. Neeley was keeping me informed and would answer emails and phone calls promptly. I was very pleased with the overall service that Mr. Neeley provided, and would recommend him to anyone who finds them self in this sort of situation.

I was pulled over late one night in WVC. The officer involved was set on arresting me for DUI. He asked me to preform the FST's in which after the officer placed me under arrest and later at the sub-station, I agreed to blow in the breathalyzer(intoxilizer). I was subsequently charged with DUI. Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have been through. Over the next couple days following, it kept sinking in more & more of how much trouble I was actually in. A class "B" misdemeanor is a serious charge, involving a DUI.. serious consequences. I am a contractor, have a family and these punishments would greatly affect my personal life and business livelihood. Despite the onset of mail I started receiving from criminal defense attorneys, I decided I needed to look for someone I felt was going to be the best I could get. My wife and I started researching with friends, other people who had been through a DUI and the internet. I feel extremely thankful I found Glen Neeley. I sat down with 3 reputable DUI defense attorneys and Glen by far, was the most honest, straight forward, knowledgeable attorney I talked too. We discussed my case and I knew leaving his office this is the man I would be working with, best decision I've made throughout this ordeal. Right off the batt, Glen fought hard for me to keep my drivers license at the DMV hearing and we won, which is no small feat. Glen's perseverance continued throughout the course of the court hearings. Glen was able to get some major pieces of evidence excluded from the courts by proving improper legal procedures by the arresting officer. A plea deal was offered by the prosecution but not what I felt comfortable settling for. We decided to take the case to trial. I was very nervous for the outcome but extremely confident in Glen. Verdict.. NOT GUILTY!

My brother got into some trouble while visiting Utah and needed the services of a lawyer. My brother came to me for help as I just finished law school, so I retained a Utah firm to help. In helping prep for the case, I bought a Utah DWI Defense book authored by Mr. Neeley and read it from cover-to-cover. After trying to relay the information from the book to our firm, I realized the firm lacked Mr. Neeley's in-depth knowledge of blood specimen testing and the overall DWI defense process. I relieved our counsel and retained Mr. Neeley. He got to work right away, informed us of how he thought we should attack and included me throughout the entire process. My brother's blood specimen had a reading of .25 and because of Mr. Neeley's knowledge and experience, my brother was able to plea it down to a reckless driving. We needed a tenacious and zealous advocate and Mr. Neeley was just the man for the job. I could not be more impressed by Mr. Neeley for how he saved my brother from the biggest mistake of his life. Mr. Neeley did the impossible for us, and I recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. Thanks again Mr. Neeley!

Being formerly convicted of a DUI, I became a target for the UHP during an afternoon traffic stop and once again found myself facing the 'all powerful' criminal justice system. Knowing I was innocent of the additional alcohol related charges being made against me, I began doing extensive research and came across attorney Glen Neeley. Being through the courts before and knowing what I was facing, and also after my past experience of dealing with an attorney who I would classify as careless and crooked, this time I wanted to become as informed about the system AND educated about my defender as much as possible. I asked around, read online profiles, reviews, endorsements, and met with several attorneys. After evaluating my options, although the farthest away in distance and highest priced, GLEN NEELEY became an OBVIOUS choice. He not only has outstanding qualifications, but is an expert in what he does and has the drive and credentials to prove it. He is one of less than 50 attorneys throughout the entire US who is board certified for DUI defense, 1/50 in the entire Untied States! As I’ve come to find, there are huge differences in attorneys -you can spend countless hours researching numerous lawyers like I did, or save your time and energy and just look up Glen or give him a call for a consultation. Unlike other lawyers, he took extra time during our initial meeting to listen carefully and fully understand the scope of things before immediately jumping on how to best attack back and spewing irrelevant information. Not to mention, when he did speak his overall thinking and plan of action made the most sense compared to any others out there. He stands as an authority when it comes to defending DUI/DWI, and for those who aren't aware, he is also a co-author of a very helpful and informative book, 'Utah DUI Survival Guide: A citizens protection manual’; reading which I *highly* recommend for anyone that has or may ever drink and drive (even just 1 drink!). It may prevent you from ending up in some of the situations I have. The justice system, including law enforcement, is setup to be very intimidating and at no point meant to be handled by an uninformed or misguided person.
This second time around, during my entire ordeal there was a wonderful sense of dependability and trust -I believed in him and I think he truly believed in me. Anytime I had questions or concerns he was available. I was always briefed on what to expect at every stage of the process, and he represented me with the utmost respectability. Along with his stellar reputation and ongoing hard work, Glen deserved this win, and I *highly* recommend him to represent anyone who finds themselves facing the uphill battle of DUI allegations. Thank you Glen!

I was charged with an assault and failing to obey the command of a police officer. The prosecutor would not offer me any deals and wanted me to go to jail. Glen took my case to a jury trial and I was found not guilty on all counts. He was very thorough and meticulous. I enjoyed watching him work and his closing argument was the best I have ever seen.

It was almost a year ago that I was pulled over late one night and charged with a DUI.
I knew that a DUI (class B misdemeanor) was a serious charge, so I looked at all the reviews for DUI defense lawyers in Utah. One of the qualifications I looked for was a board certified lawyer by the National College for DUI Defense. Glen Neeley was board certified by the NCDD, and had amazing reviews, so I decided to go ahead and hire him to represent me. It is one of the best choices I've ever made. After a year of fighting my DUI charge, I'm not done yet, but my case recently went to appeals court and I won the ruling to suppress all evidence from the (illegal) pullover the cop performed that night. Throughout the almost year that Glen has been fighting this case for me, he's always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I've had. If you've been pulled over for DUI, and are not sure what to do next, then just give Glen a call. His pricing is one flat rate and there are no hidden charges or extra fees that get tacked on. As I've found out, a DUI (charge, not even talking a conviction here!) will allow discrimination against you in job searches. A DUI charge carries a stigma and hangs over your head in every job interview you'll do from now on. Don't take the charge lightly, fight the city all the way to trial. Make them prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you committed a crime. There are tons of things that can go wrong with a DUI arrest, and this is best analyzed by a professional such as Glen Neeley. What you don't want to do is wait around and do nothing, because time is ticking and you'll need every edge you can get to defend against the DUI charge. Give Glen a call and a year or two from now you'll probably be writing one of these 5 star reviews too!

Glen Neeley did a great job representing me and ensuring all my rights were respected. He was quick to respond to any questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was very happy with his professional manner and if I ever have to hire another lawyer it will be Glen Neeley.

I hired Mr. Neeley when my adolescent son was arrested for a DUI, and then more charges a week later, which landed him in jail at Farmington Bay. I was distraught and completely overwhelmed with fear and worry. I started calling attorneys from the yellow pages, and the first attorney I talked with told me if his child got into DUI trouble, Glen Neeley is who he would call. I couldn't agree more. He helped my son through what has clearly been the lowest point in his life and in my parenting career. He was able to get the best possible outcome and knows the law very well. Trying to navigate the legal system alone is a recipe for disaster. Mr. Neeley clearly won our appeal case, but for whatever reason the Judge ignored all evidence and decided against our appeal. It was frustrating, and it's important to know we live in a state where it is extremely difficult to win a DUI case, so getting hopes up too high isn't wise. I would have liked to have had Mr. Neeley explain the significance of the word "preponderance" in the law a head of time, because it would have changed my decision about the appeal process, due to the fact that it's very difficult to win a case if it only has to have "a more likely than not" to be found guilty, rather than "beyond a reasonable doubt", which is what I knew to be true as a lay person. It's much more subjective and harder for cases to be won. The laws are severe for minors with the "not one drop, lose your license until the age of 21" laws in Utah. Without an excellent attorney to fight for you, the consequences are extreme. Mr. Neeley is an excellent attorney and did an excellent job with my son's case. I would highly recommend him. He's always on time, prepared, professional, calm, respectful, honest, and non-judgemental. He doesn't sugar coat things or make promises he can't deliver. His fees are upfront, fair, and there were no "after the fact" hidden fees. I think he's a good person, which makes him a good and honest attorney.

Glen has been the best attorney I have worked with. My brother has a learning disability and Glen was so patient, kind, and spoke soft and slow so my brother could understand what Glen was telling him. Many times Glen had to repeat himself to my brother and he didn't have a problem with that. That was very special to me and my brother. He did an amazing job for us. I would Absolutely refer him to everyone I now. Glen you are the Best and Thank You Again;-)

Glen reviewed my case and was quickly able to determine the flaws in the officer's report. He kept me in the loop and was able to explain the details of my case to calm me down. Glen was able to talk the prosecutor down to a dismissal of my DUI. Thank you Glen!

MR. NEELEY WAS BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST ATTORNEY I HAVE
USED. I HAVE USED SEVERAL ATTORNEYS IN MY 69 YEARS AND HE IS THE TOP OF THE CLASS.
READ HIS BOOK "Utah DUI Survival Guide" ..He acted better than the book it self.
He treated myself (the charged person and my wife in an excellent manner,
HE WAS AS STATED ABOVE TRUSTWORTHY..RESPONSIVE KNOWLEGEABLE..KEEP ME INFORMED..
HE DID NOT WASTE MY OR MY FAMILYS TIME. HE JUST WENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS AND DID WHAT HE SAID HE COULD DO..
WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND GLEN TO ANY ONE.

Mr. Neeley went above and beyond my expectations as my lawyer. As a naive 22 year old that had never been in serious legal trouble before I believe Glen Neeley had my best interest in mind and was a great advocate for me in court. He always kept me informed and was very timely on responding to my emails and messages. I already have and will continue to recommend Mr. Neeley as a great attorney.

I had a very positive experience working with Glen. He was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He kept me informed about everything that was going on and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I felt confident about my choice to hire him, and my case was ended with a dismissal of charges.

It took nearly a year, but with Glen's help I was found "Not Guilty" at my 2nd trial for a citation of "running a red light".
I erred by not working with Glen straight away. My first lawyer put off pre-trial effort until day of trial, and was 20-minutes late to my "Justice Court" trial. The outcome was expected, but this guy was totally ineffective and I felt deliberately attempted to get me to plead guilty just to be "done with it". I fired him…
Glen Neeley to the rescue! I had worked with Glen about 5-6 years earlier where he helped me get a “Not Guilty†verdict for a citation of speeding while “stopped at a red-lightâ€.
In this case, on a snowy, icy morning (24 Nov. 2010) I was literally creeping (~15 mph) across the intersection entering HAFB West Gate. Of course I was aware of the Patrol Car sitting in the center of the street. With the light green, I initiated my entry into the intersection. Light goes yellow, and turns red as the signal disappears over my head. I was in the intersection. Regardless, with snow/ice covering all road markings (stop bar, center stripes), Police Officer cites me for running red light. With the “wide angle lens†on the cop video, and all road markings covered by snow/ice, any last car through the intersection was “accusable†by the city.
While I recreated the “scene of the crime†with photographs of the street with markings visible (no snow). Glen got this entered into evidence, and in an orderly fashion walked the 2nd District Judge through the facts. The light did not turn red 1-2 car lengths prior to my entry into the intersection, as was testified by the City. But 1 full length after I entered the intersection. With my truck being 19.5 feet long, a difference of nearly 60 feet! It wasn’t even close. Not Guilty!…
Recommendations (1) don’t plead guilty if there is ANY belief on your part you’re not guilty, or extenuating circumstances (2) Don’t rationalize away the cost of fine vs. lawyer – they have no compunction on making sloppy, erroneous accusations. And your good name, driving record, and insurance premiums are worth defending. (3) Hire Glen Neeley to get the truth out.

I was cited for a DUI on May 2, 2010. After a lot of research I decided Glen Neeley was my best shot at getting this dismissed.
My DUI was unique in two ways. First, I was not driving a vehicle, I was sitting in my car in a parking garage. Second, I refused the breathalyzer test and was forced to have a blood draw at the police department.
Glen went to work on these two issues immediately. Filing motion after motion for numerous things such as probable cause etc. He made the prosecution work for their case. Finally after exausting every opportunity he had to dismiss my case before trial we set a trial date for June 2, 2011 (this should tell you how much work he put in before actual trial). Trial day came, I was excited and nervous, but i knew Glen was going to bring out the big guns on the prosecution. So, we chose our jury and the trial began. The prosecution came out strong with his reasons to find me guilty. Then Glen gave his opening statement. Now, ive never been to trial before but in my opinion his opening statement pretty much swayed the jury to our side. He was loud, and strong spoken about the reasons why i was not guilty. He truly believed in my case. As the prosecution questioned the officer he objected many times and made the prosecution look like an amatuer. After the prosecution finished questioning the officer Glen brought something very important to attention to the judge. There was a law of whom could legally draw my blood. It had to be either a doctor, nurse, lpn, or cna. (not exactly sure if those are correct but its something like that). The person who drew my blood was non of those stated in the law book. So after lunch the judge decided that my blood could not be used as evidence in this case. This made the prosecution very angry. He looked and looked for reasons to use the blood but the judge said no. So the prosecution rolled over and died. DISMISSED!
Glen Neeley is worth every penny you pay him. You get exactly what you pay for. So if you want to keep your record clean you will hire Glen, no question. Hes your best shot. If he cant get you off then no one else could have either. He will tell you if you have a shot at dismissal. He will also tell you if you dont. If he says you do, then that means he believes in your case and will give it 200% until the end.
Thank you Glen, you saved my a%$.

Mr. Neeley represented my son who is from Colorado in a DUI case that occured on Lake Powell. Mr. Neeley was extremely professional, knowledgeable with regard to Utah law and specifically DUI case strategy. We could not have been more pleased with Mr. Neeley's services and handling of the case. Mr. Neeley is well versed in Utah case law (many of which are cases that he has handled) that helped us acheive a positive outcome for our case. The case was eventually dismissed. We would recommend Mr. Neeley to those in need of defending a DUI/DWAI charge.

Few month ago I've got DUI in Utah while coming back from Salt Lake City airport to Wendover. That was a second DUI for me (first one I had in Nevada a few years ago). Situation looked completely hopeless, I called many lawers but none of them sounded reliable. After thinking for a couple of days and making some research I called Glen and hire him to represent me with my case. Well...that was the best decision I've made. That really was a pleasure working with Glen. Unlike other lawers he didn't make any unreal promises or cut any deals with prosecutors. He always kept me informed about my case, always answered his phone if I had any questions, I was aware of all the changes in my case. Well, I had my court a couple days ago and.....my case was completely dismissed. All I've got was a ticket for speeding. Sounds like a miracle, I still can't believe it!
I had DUI in a past, I have something to compare with. Glen's services aren't cheap but he works very hard for every dollar you spent. If you've got DUI in Utah don't take your chanses, hire Glen, you won't be disappointed!

Glen Neeley represented my DUI case with a no nonsence attitude. He told me up front what the pros and con were. What the Maximum could be &/or the non-quilty verdict would be. He worked very deligently upon behalf and for that I am grateful. He takes a very pragmatic approach & uses the law for the betterment of his clients. He does not lie or " pull any punches". He is very up front & represented me as well as the law. I feel that he did a good job.

Glen was amazing. He met with me when I was thinking about changing my defense lawyer. I made the best decision to switch to Glen. Glen was compasionate and very knowledgeable, best of all he took my case seriously and worked hard. Glen took the facts that lead up to my illegal traffic stop resulting with my DUI case being dropped. I wish I would have found Glen when I first started my search for an attorney. The money spent for Glen's services was worth every penny. I can't thank Glen enough. He even had a free consultation in person, it's so important to take the time to find the right lawyer that you feel comfortable with.

After I was charged with a DUI back last summer I had a very hard time picking a lawyer. The price range of lawyers varied greatly and since it was my second DUI, the price was high. Glen did tend to be one of the higher priced lawyers, but after I met him, I knew he was the one I wanted to represent me, He really seemed like he understood my situation instead of looking at me like a criminal. He explained to me the reason his price was high was because he would take my case as far as it would possibly go until I was proven not guilty. Before he told me this, I thought I was doomed to get convicted of a DUI and spend some time in jail. After some assuring words from Glen, I started to think I had a chance to get this thing thrown out for good.
Throughout the whole court process which lasted about 9 months, Glen was helpful, knowledgeable, positive, and overall a really cool guy.
So let me give a quick overview of my DUI/Trial situation:
Got pulled over hours after having a few drinks. In my opinion, I did all sobriaty test correct and seemed to present myself fine. The cops said I failed the tests and made me blow into a portable breathalizer. They said it blew over and then took me to the station. I refused to blow in the "official" breathalizer and then they locked me up.
Here's what Glen did for me:
Got my breathalyzer refusal thrown out even though it's an automatic 2 year suspension if you refuse to blow. He refused to settle with the Prosecuting Attorney on any alcohol related charges. The Prosecuting Attorney wanted me to plead guilty for the DUI and Glen without discussion said no and he took my case all the way to trial. There were many court appearances before the trial and each time Glen was positive about the case and reminded me how he's going to take it as far as he can.
When we finally went to trial, Glen blew me away with his knowledge about the law and his determination to win each argument. I could tell right away he had spend many hours studying my specific case. Any good argument the Prosecuting Attorney had, Glen would come right back and find flaws with the argument. I especially like how Glen went really in depth on officer training which ended up showing the arresting officer was not correctly trained on many of the sobriety tests.
In the end, the jury came back NOT GUILTY for DUI. The Judge told me I was free to go and that was that! Nothing on my record, no probation, no classes, no license suspension, no jail time.
I couldn't thank Glen enough for giving everything he had to free me of a DUI charge. I would still write this good of a review for Glen even if I did get convict because I know if he couldn't of got me off, nobody could.
If you want a lawyer who will take your case all the way to trial, appeal it and then take it to trial again when needed, Glen is your man and he'll do it all for one fee, Let Glen prove your innocence. You won't regret it!

Mr. Neeley was an excellent choice. I recently moved to Utah and had never been caught up in a situation like this (DUI). I was pulled through a checkpoint last year (2009). I thought I had been responsible enough to limit myself properly, but that was bad thinking on my part. Of course, I went through the humiliating process at county and was release after about 4 hours. I called Glen at around 7:30 the next morning after researching lawyers on the internet. I retained his services and he started working immediately. He filed for a drivers license hearing after which my driving privileges were not suspended. It took about 6 months before I appeared in court, but all charges were dropped. I recommend checking out Mr. Neeley’s web page. I used it to learn more about local laws and recent court cases. Mr. Neeley saved my Job, my driving privileges, and prevented a lot of humiliation.

Gleen Neeley works miracles! I was being charged with my second dui as well as a driving drunk on an alcohol restricted drivers license. I called Glen and he got right to work. He found a tiny technical error that the police had made. As a result, my breath test got thrown out of evidence. I got charged with a mere traffic ticket. I was so sure this mistake was really going to ruin my life, I almost cried when he told me nothing would even be put on my record. He is the best DUI lawyer in Northern Utah. By far!

Glen was able to find an error in the way my case was handled very quickly. He knew how to use the information regarding the mishandling to get the DUI and other two charges dropped completly. He was also made sure there was not a driving license suspension on my record. The results FAR exceeded my expectations.
To the question of number of lawyers worked with in the past I answered more than 10 because as a business man, I work with lawyers often.

I received 2 DUI's in 3 weeks, Glen appeal the first and got it over turned and was able to get the 2 one completely dismissed at the suppression hearing. We used him at first on my husbands DUI and he was able to get his DUI down to a lesser charge. Niether my husband or I lost our license or have DUI's on our record because of Glen's knowledge and dedication in what he does.

I got my first DUI in my life at 60 years old and my world seemed to be upside down. I did a quick search for DUI lawyers in my area and came up with Mr. Neeley and luckily for me, I couldn't have found a better lawyer for the job.
He specializes in DUI and is understanding of a difficult situation and has the knowledge to fight for all of your rights. I thought, what could he do... I mean I flunked every test when arrested and the video wasn't encouraging either but Mr. Neeley discovered a number of items that was overlooked when processing me and I wasn't given fair treatment by the arresting officer.
All I can say is that I would highly recommend Mr. Neeley for anyone that finds themselves in this very stressful situation. He is truly attentive to detail and will fight for ALL of your rights.

Mr. Neeley and his staff performed beyond my expectations both in and out of the court room and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Glen got my case dismissed in suppression hearing when other lawyers told me to plead guilty and there was no hope. I recommend Glen to anyone charged with a DUI.
