Gilbert recently represented my son who had been charged with a Class B Misdemeanor Deferred POM offence. Gilbert and his staff worked diligently over a period of 6 months to reduce the charge to a Class C Misdemeanor Deferred. We will work with Mr Garcia in the future to have records expunged. There were times during the case that we felt that the authorities were not considering all the facts of the case and the courts could have harmed my sons future ambitions of becoming a professional in the career he is studying. In this case Gilbert's negotiations with the prosecutor and courts produced a very favorable outcome. Many Thanks.

As a young American dedicated to freedom and justice, a highly respected, community-driven, and powerfully intelligent individual dedicated to truth and an anti-corrupted society is valued beyond dollars or time. This type of individual has earned comradery, honesty, and trust that is exceptionally rare among my generation. Gilbert G. Garcia, a 30-year veteran of the war on oppression, stands tall and may be regarded as a true exemplar of healthy, functional service to the future of Texas and the American judicial system. Mr. Garcia represented me for a case tied to his personal moral compass, supporting me with stochastic facts, realism, and morale. My parents were also welcome and respected, as Mr. Garcia recognizes the importance of environment and sense. Through his education and experience with the justice system, my case changed dramatically in the eyes of the law; I was a person, a life to be valued, not deserving of the dangers and setbacks of confinement but of serious concern by family and reasonable assistance through psychotherapy and personal responsibility. If you need representation that promotes your worth as a liberty-entitled citizen as our constitution promises, Gilbert G. Garcia will succeed for you.

My mom was in a jury that Garcia was Defense for and when i was charged with a DWI, she told me to call him. I'm very pleased with the results of my case. Mr. Garcia knew exactly what to do and when to do it and he knew how the DA would react and respond to everything. He really knew what he was doing the whole time. My case was dropped down to obstructing a motorway. Mr. Garcia and his staff communicated well and spoke to me honestly and directly about my options and what might happen. I felt like they all took a personal interest in my case. They worked with me very well on his payment, as i was late on more than one occasion. I'm very thankful i hired Mr. Garcia.

I was pulled over and asked to take a field sobriety test and breathalyzer test, which I refused. Citing the "No Refusal" weekend, they obtained a search warrant for a blood draw and charged me with a DWI. He very nearly got the blood sample thrown out because my actions on the dash cam didn't match up with the officers affidavit. They suspended my licence but credited the 6 months suspension from refusing the test for that so I still have my licence. All I have to do is pay a fine and court costs. Hiring him was a great decision.

My case is still pending, however; I feel so relieved having Mr. Garcia represent me. He definitely knows his profession extremely well. I urge anyone who wants a truly great attorney to contact him.

I found my self in a humiliating situation that I made even worse by lying to officials and trying to get out of the mess I made on my own. Mr. Garcia helped me out of the mess I made and if I or anyone I know ever needs representation again, he will be my first call or recommendation.
