Helping people — that describes my job as an attorney. I am blessed to enjoy this career, where I am able to positively impact the lives of others. As many people often say, find a job you love and you won’t work a day in your life.
As a former Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County, I handled thousands of criminal cases, many of which went to trial, providing me with firsthand courtroom experience. During these trials, I’ve learned how to spot weaknesses in the State’s case and perhaps most importantly, how to exploit those weaknesses to benefit the defendant. I firmly believe in every individual’s constitutional rights, and that every criminal defendant has the right to a fair trial. In order to have a fair trial, a defendant needs to be represented by a experienced and capable attorney. I am that attorney, and I am ready to help you.
I also have years of experience as an attorney working to protect the rights of seriously injured individuals including victims of automobile accidents, employees injured on the job and people who were hurt because someone else’s carelessness. On a personal note, my wife was injured in a serious automobile accident. There is nothing worse than being injured, or a loved one being injured, because someone else was being careless. Having bodily injury forced upon you is a very humbling and demeaning experience for the injured person and their family. When you or someone you love is injured you need to be represented by an experienced and capable attorney. I am that attorney, and I am ready to help you.
