Josh has handled advising us on sweepstakes advertising laws as well as a debt collection. Josh does an excellent job of giving legal advice while also understanding the risk/reward of business decisions. What makes Josh exceptional is his ability to quickly understand business models and then use his law expertise to assist in protecting and moving business forward.

Josh came highly recommended to us and we have worked with him in a few areas over the last couple years. I can always trust that Josh has our best interests in mind and only pursues areas that have an ROI for us. He sets great up-front expectations on what we can expect from the process, a realistic end result, and time frame. When he lacks knowledge in a particular area, he is the first to say so. This, in my experience, is not normal. We are lucky to work with him.

Josh is a life-long friend. When I had a legal need he is the first person I thought of going to. He did a very nice job for me. He is a quality person and a quality attorney.

I endorse this lawyer. Josh is my go-to lawyer, whenever I have any question about franchise law or franchising. His depth of knowledge and experience in small business and franchising is outstanding. He's a virtual walking, talking encyclopedia on franchise law. And, his communication style makes it easy to refer clients to him, as clients can immediately connect to him, understand his advice, feel comfortable asking questions, etc. Thus, his clients learn quickly to trust him and to follow his great counsel.
