When I first spoke to Mr Ess it was right after a raid from federal agents. He and I both believed prison was a reasonable expectation - the question was how long. Now, less than 2 years later, the whole matter is behind me. Not only did I not have to go to prison, but the one felony he (very wisely) guided me through pleading to was later reduced to a misdemeanor. From the time he met with me on a holiday weekend right after the feds left, to when he showed up in court to get my probation ended early and the charge reduced a year after he plead me out, to when he followed through even when I was busy until he got a bogus civil judgment related to the case reversed, always returning calls the same day and guiding me through every step of the process.
I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I ever do, there absolutely no doubt who I will call!

I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ess , and he is very professional , knowledgeable and a trustworthy attorney. He works very hard for his clients and always keep the line of communication open, you can call him any time and will return your call in a timely manner. And yes I highly recommend Mr.Ess, he's the only attorney I will ever use.
