I was a first time offender so all of this was very new to me. When the judge told me I needed a lawyer because I “make too much” I was disheartened because I’ve heard how pricey lawyers can be and I didn’t believe I could afford an attorney. At the time I had contacted several attorneys before making the choice of Mr. Phillip Hayes. He told me his pricing which wasn’t bad but, I didn’t think I could truly afford to pay it. He was kind enough to reduce the price with no hesitation to a price I could more comfortably pay over time. I had two court days to which Mr. Hayes was able to significantly reduce the time of my license being suspended and I have no pending interactions with the courts (ie probation) His staff was very pleasurable.
